What made my experience 'great' was the great ease of trading with Cotton Traders. Everything was as always so straightforward, and good quality at competitive prices.

Unfit to wear
I of the items ordered was returned, after reading the reviews online about this top I find it hard to believe they are genuine, quite simply it was not fit for wear. I am still waiting for my refund, haven't even had a notification that it's being processed. Not impressed

lack of communication
easy to order. Confirmation received and 2 of the 3 items purchased were delivered within a week. The 3rd item never arrived. The track my order didn't provide any additional information and stated "being processed". After nearly 2 weeks and no updates, I phoned the customer helpline. After hanging on a while, spoke to a lady who advised the item was not in stock and Cotton Traders would not be receiving anymore of this item A refund was made and received over the next couple of days. However, I wonder what would have happened if I had not phoned. I presume CT would still be holding my money?

I am sorry to read that 1 of the items didn't arrive, sometimes when we get to the end of the stock our system can show that we have one available but if there has been a miscount during a stock take or a supplier hasn't sent the correct amount, the order can get stuck on processing and we have to intervene manually.
