What made my experience 'great' was the great ease of trading with Cotton Traders. Everything was as always so straightforward, and good quality at competitive prices.

Reliable, fast delivery to closest outlet, excellent designs

I of the items ordered was returned, after reading the reviews online about this top I find it hard to believe they are genuine, quite simply it was not fit for wear. I am still waiting for my refund, haven't even had a notification that it's being processed. Not impressed

easy to order. Confirmation received and 2 of the 3 items purchased were delivered within a week. The 3rd item never arrived. The track my order didn't provide any additional information and stated "being processed". After nearly 2 weeks and no updates, I phoned the customer helpline. After hanging on a while, spoke to a lady who advised the item was not in stock and Cotton Traders would not be receiving anymore of this item A refund was made and received over the next couple of days. However, I wonder what would have happened if I had not phoned. I presume CT would still be holding my money?

It was delivered all on time as it should’ve been and it all fitted very nice thank you very much and they were all the correct colours I asked for

Easy to order and delivery was straight forward. Jumper is lovely, good quality and a nice soft pink.

Wrong delivery address on order, unhelpful on correcting problem, left to the customer to sort the problem.

Quality and sizing has drastically changed as I was buying C T goods for 35 years, sadly no longer!

Great quality and quick delivery. Good prices - particularly in sale! Excellent variety of delivery options. I mainly pick up from a store where staff are extremely helpful.

Good quality items with a large variety and great size options. The website is easy to follow and goods arrive when expected. The offers and sale prices encourage you to buy, but new items are often, in my opinion overpriced (I wait for a sale!). Free delivery to a local store is good but if you don’t have one near, delivery is quite expensive compared to other sites. Overall I like Cotton Traders but more offers / lower prices would encourage more customers

I knew what I wanted clicked on the Cotton Traders product, clicked again and bought 2 lovely, good quality cardigans. They arrived within 48 hours. Simple and Easy to do. Thank you.

Found i had ordered a size too big so went to shop in Dorchester, the items were exchanged for correct size with efficiency and very friendly.

Purchased a blue and white throw as an extra picnic blanket. It arrived well packaged and speedily. Excellent quality with attractive design, so I'm really happy with my purchase. It was in the sale at an incredible price. I bought a small size but it is more than large enough for purpose and would be an ideal throw during cooler months. There was an odour but I guess this was from the dye pigments. Anyway, absolutely fine after a wash and now really fresh. Highly recommended.
