A full week for a store pick up is excessive. Hardly an express delivery. In store service was excellent. I won't order click and collect again.

Great price.
Great price when offers are on. Easy to navigate and order for collection at my chosen store. The lady at Notcutts Widnes was a delight to deal with and ensured everything was fine. I’ve been dealing with Cotton Traders for some years now and found their products good quality for the price.

Not a good returns departmnt
So surprised that Cotton trades do not respond to my contacts made with them over the past two weeks .
The order number is 0220567312, the item was returned mid December via Hermes who collected this item from my home as I cannot get to a collection point. Hermes collection reference is 52905927.
Where are you Cotton Traders . Just heard from them, and have sorted the problem out, due to delay in delivery's nation wide, just wish they had spoken before we filed this report.

For the Discounted Price through a…
For the Discounted Price through a magazine, this item was well worth the Purchase. I would not pay full price as there are better items on the Market. Smart Cable Knit detailing on the back and a very large knit design. Like the hook and eye at the neckline - very practical. The blue was not as bright as I had expected but all things considered, I recommend the cardigan particularly at a lower price. Excellent for putting in the car for that 'go-to' warmth, if required, as the weather is so changeable. Fair to add that the quality is very good.

Two soft shirts, lovely quality, excellent fit. You don't have to second-guess Cotton Traders' sizing - what they say is what you get. I've been buying from CT for about 30 years and they've never let me down.

Clothing great as always. 3 staff behind the till kept me waiting to be served when they tried to use the till for something else. When I was served, they said it was a new till system and couldn't work it yet! More traing for your staff?
