NO PROBLEM RETURNING AN ITEM WHICH WAS TO LARGE

Prompt delivery as usual. A reliable system for ordering, collection and returns.

Easy ordering process and free and easy collection from store. The staff in store were pleasant, friendly and helpful.

Quick delivery to my local store. Very friendly staff. The quality is always excellent and the sizing is always good.

Package delivered on time as per date on original order, no problems picking up from specified location. Everything was so easy.

I ordered online which was very easy and my order was delivered speedily to my chosen collection store

Ordered 2 garments online, and as the payment went through the address changed to a previous one from 16 years ago. I called immediately as their system would not allow you to cancel and re order, by as it was a Sunday nobody was there. I called the minute they opened on Monday to advise them on the occurrence, and I was assured the parcel could be intercepted. I had already received an email from Evri which said the parcel was expected, and on the Monday lunchtime, another to acknowledge receipt.
I had a email from Cotton Traders to advise they had dealt with it, and would sort out my order. I then looked at the parcel tracking, and it clearly stated an issue with the parcel, so I was relieved it had been actioned.
After this I had no further contact, so as I would rather have a paper trail, I emailed Cotton Traders to ask when I could expect the garments, and next day received another email with the parcel tracking from Evri, stating the labelling had been amended. However I received no further information. Another email was sent asking if I could have the new tracking details, and today I have been told one of the items I ordered had sold out. This was hard to believe, as I had been informed earlier that parcels returned to Cotton Traders were not watched, and they couldn’t send the original parcel out to me with amended address details. No mention of the parcel being corrected with Evri.
So I called, and kept my cool, although this has taken up far too much time this week, for something which was totally down to their computer ordering system. I have requested a refund, as I was offered one of the garments ordered, obviously the one I was least interested in.
I just don’t understand how one says they cannot physically hook out one returned parcel and redirect it, and another says they don’t receive them back for weeks. Really really annoyed, being fobbed off is not a good look for Cotton Traders who I have purchased clothing from for many years. They have lost my custom

Tried to order in store as my size was not in stock but told not available un 21st June ...... 12 weeks away. Come home and ordered on line for store collection and was able to collect 4 days later. Why?

Quick delivery of a good reasonably priced item.
Opted for click and collect. Was well-informed of order progress. Knew that the item was thin material from previous reviews so great for spring. Nice neat parcel.

Lovely two piece and the fit is perfect. I'm looking forward to the summer so I can show it off

I collected my online order in store and the assistant was very helpful and allowed me to try on the items to make sure they fit before I took them home.

I was bitterly disappointed with my last on line purchase of a swishy skirt in camel. The skirt would have been lovely except for the fact it was very,very creased on arrival. I hung it straight away expecting the creases to drop out. Unfortunately this did not happen. Hence the return to a store. It is so unusual for this to happen. The assistant Carol was very helpful and I am happy with the result. The outlet at Notcutts in Widnes is a good place to view the items and see ,feel the materials.

Have ordered online from Cotton Traders and bought directly from their Widnes store. Pleased with the quality of their products and their easy returns system. Particular mention to Carol, who was very helpful and friendly.

Lovely product...i have one and it is the warmest softest jumper I own. No need for heating with that on. So good I ordered this one for my husband and he loves it too. A bit of a wait though for it to make it to the store.

We visited Cotton Traders department at Rivendall garden centre Widnes. We were served by Carol who was very helpful, pleasant and friendly. Bought a man's waterproof coat - exactly what my husband wanted. Thankyou.
