Only giving four star as the delivery seemed slow compared to similar companies. Other than that easy and efficient.

Well known name and well trusted the clothes are well made and good quality, online ordering easy and delivery is quick and professionally delivered. When in shop they are friendly and professional in all a great experience

The items I have purchased over the last few weeks have all fitted perfectly and there is a good choice and the service is always so helpful

Ordered a sage waterproof jacket in the sale online for home delivery. Didnt like the colour on me when it arrived. I rang very helpful customer service team. Discovered I could return it with its label and invoice to my local store. Lovely friendly efficient no quibble exchange.

Was able, at no further p&p, to order replacement in sale blue jacket with customer services delivered to my home.

Subsequent online order of a longline waterproof raincoat went to my local store. I had to wait for their weekly delivery date to collect it. Different lady serving at Grantham store, again lovely friendly service. I tried the coat on there and then. No pressure to keep it. It was a lovely fit, colour and quality so I did.

Also purchased items for my husband at the local store in Belton Garden Centre. The trousers were a bit tight on the leg. No quibble refund when he took them back.

I'd highly recommend Cotton Traders for their friendly, seamless service and quality products which are even better value in the sale. Product design & quality compare to other well known brands which are double the price. I can vouch that the waterproof jackets are waterproof too. They have a generous range in sizes, many unisex too. Great for an hour glass figure like mine.

It was easy to pick up from the shop,shame my returns couldn’t go through the store, lady I dealt with was extremely nice and helpful

Ordered item on 24 June, duly acknowledged and paid for.
Nothing heard, so on 3 July I ring, to be told that, surprise, item not in stock, so a refund would be made there and then. My money was held for a week, and only my prompting got a refund.

After ordering my items online direct from Cotton Traders, they were efficiently delivered to my local Cotton Traders outlet. There was absolutely no problems with the quality or delivery, but I needed to exchange a couple of items for smaller sizes as they were too big. I duly rang Cotton Traders Head Office and they organised the exchange for me with no problems and advised me to now take the items for exchange back to the outlet. I then took the items for exchange back to the outlet store. However, I was met with a refusal to help me by the two ladies in the store who said I should not have contacted Cotton Traders direct as “that is not how it works”. They were grim faced and totally unprofessional. I felt as though I was causing them a real problem by taking these items back!! Eventually, they decided it would be possible to return my items and I went away feeling like a chastised child!! The only reason I reordered them myself was that nowhere was there any advice on what to do if they were delivered to an outlet and not direct to my address. I was made to feel very guilty that I had actually bothered them and it has made me think twice about ordering anything else from Cotton Traders. I have been a Cotton Gold card holder for years and it has put me off totally. Perhaps more detailed instructions on returns might not go amiss?

Just bought jackets for both myself and my husband. I know that the sizing is perfect for us and that the quality is there also . Delivery is so quick too.

My local Cotton Traders is handy for Click and Collect and returning items should they be unsuitable. It is an easy process to do both.

The delivery was super fast and the ease of return really good.

Delivery to our nearest store was as expected and good communications from the store manager. I had spent over the minimum for free delivery this time, but it is disappointing that Click and collect is no longer free whatever the amount spent, so I will be less likely to use it in the future.

Good product, suits my needs exactly. Would use Cotton Traders again.
