Ordered on line and collected in store. Store team really helpful was able to check for fit using in store changing room and very pleased with purchases. Also purchased half price duvet set, bargain very pleased with it.

Fabulous staff in the store at Belton garden centre. Advice given great service all round. We purchased from the store and ordered from the website. The refund service was just as good as the instore purchase. We will certainly be visiting again

Outlet Shops Grantham
Tried to buy 5XL short sleeved shirts and 44" waist 32" inch leg stretch jeans at Grantham Belton Garden Centre outlet. I was told it was now policy by Cotton Traders ,not to stock their outlet stores with these larger sizes now. This was personally very disappointing to me. Yes , I could order these items online , but why discriminate against older people who want to buy stuff from a shop.From Human beings. Unhappy Cotton Traders.

Above and beyond
During a visit to Cotton Traders in Belton, Grantham, I found a dress in the sale which I wanted, but not in the correct size. The two members of staff, David and Abi, went above and beyond. Several phone calls later, they'd located the dress in the correct size at another store. It will shortly be dispatched to my home by post.
