Length of jacket was 28" and not 30" as stated. Too short for comfort. On positive side, I returned to cotten traders outlet near Evesham and was treated politely and promptly refunded.

The man's shirt was good value in the sale! Washes well and is a warm.

Ordering simple. Took a few days to receive notice that order was ready to collect. Easy collection.

Communications on remaining orders not very good. Staff at pickup shop very helpful.

Very pleased. Arrived safely.

I do like this store, Staff are always pleasant and helpful. The only downside is that it seems to be a bit more geared towards men's rather than women's clothing. Cotton Traders have some wonderful garments but, as it is a fairly small outlet, choice is somewhat limited.

I recently ordered two short sleeved pique tops for my husband and they are excellent quality and value for money. He has been wearing these Cotton Traders tops for many years and now owns 14 of them in different colours. He never buys any other make. Delivery is quick and efficient and the colours in the catalogue are very true to the actual garment. I thoroughly recommend them.

Was just browsing but found a top I liked and purchased.Staff was pleasant and helpful.Im a online customer anyway so knew it's good quality clothes.

Overall I was very pleased with my online purchase but there were a few niggles.
Firstly I found it impossible to load the correct leg length in the ordering process (using chrome). Fiddling about and eventually stumbling on a different format, which had a drop down box rather than a line of clickable squares, I was successful.
Secondly, the order arrived very quickly but I found that the stretch cargos, although the same size as the comfort cargos were too tight and I returned them and ordered a larger size.
The return was done via the Evesham branch of Cotton traders shop and the sales person was very efficient and helpful. I was surprised however that they never carry the 33 inch leg trousers as it's not the most popular.

I ordered a pair of cotton lining trousers, lovely fabric in a great colour, but unfortunately was too small, so l have sent the item back

Hi, Wrong size sent. Blouse itself had size 20 tag on it but some muppet had put a size 18 white sticker on plastic bag...which is what your packers looked at Your sizing tends to be generous anyway so no way higher size would fit.
Now have to go and queue in busy Post Office to send it back

My son has learning difficulties, loves Cotton Traders. We visited this branch on holiday, same great service we have come to expect from CT, nothing was too much trouble for the staff. We bought 5 pairs of shorts and ordered 2 more pairs not in stock. They'd arrived at home before I did!

Great shopping experience. You know it’s going to fit and the quality is the very best. Wish every shop was as reliable on quality and size.
