Ordering was confusing and needs HR INPUT. Order delivery was forecast in 3 days via EASY. They forecast delivery Sat 14th August 1800 to 2100. No show. Mon 16th easy said delayed and new forecast sat 22 August. Delivered 1530.
No apologies for delay or explanation. Not impressed . Don't use Evri. Unreliable.

Good quality, quick delivery, very pleased.

The products are very good but I was let down by the delivery service. I deliberately paid for next day delivery as I needed the items for a holiday. Ervi notified me to say the delivery would happen on 12th August as expected, but then they delayed the delivery and when I complained they said my parcel had missed the connection to the courier. There seems little point in paying the extra fee therefore.

It was easy to order from Cotton Traders and the items are good quality.
I wouldn’t order again from them unless they assured me that they were using a different delivery firm/ courier. The parcel was left by my dustbin with no attempt to bring it to my front door. It’s only by chance I noticed it by my bins.

A company that always gives you quality in what you want, quickly and at a fair price. Whats not to like?

I ordered what I thought were long leg knickers, but which turned out to be more like shorts. No quibble, full refund paid by Cotton Traders with only short delay.

The jacket was better than I had expected. Excellent purchase.

I ordered two skirts, both size 10. Two arrived promptly. Both were nice but only one was a size 10. The other was size 18 with a size 10 cardboard label and 10 on the bag.
The young man on the 'phone apologised profusely and ordered a replacement. This also arrived promptly but was a size 20 also labelled 10 on bag and cardboard label. The young lady also apologised and ordered a replacement. It arrived promptly properly labelled.
So, prompt delivery, excellent support staff and nice skirts. Labelling and packing department not so good this time.

I was delighted to receive this lovely piece of clothing, well made and exactly as shown. Delivery was very quick too.

The blouses and trousers I have bought in the past have been brilliant. The only thing I have been disappointed in were shoes. The sizing was way out as they were obviously designed for Chinese feet!!

At last a clothing company that listened. I always buy trousers from Cotton Traders but they were always too long and I had to have them altered. I enquired whether they could be offered in a shorter length (25 inches) and I was so happy when I was able to purchase 3 pairs that were 25 inches. Well done!!
