Items were ordered on a Thursday morning and were not ready for collection until the following Friday. Not good.

Jacket arrived on time and as I had opted for Click and Collect I was able to try it on in store. It was slightly too large but a size 10 would have been tight so I have kept it.
Staff were pleasant and helpful.

On the whole we are happy with the service that we receive from our courier and would say that the majority of our parcels are delivered within the expected delivery times. However there are exceptions and I apologise that you have been effected. I have today refunded the delivery costs from this order. Thank you for bringing the delay to our attention.

Quality products at excellent value
I was looking for some simple & good quality T-shirts for everyday use which had a nice fit at a reasonable price. These fit the bill perfectly, they hang nice without being either baggy or clingy. I have now bought 8 or 9 in different colours & collar styles.

The products were excellent but the delivery by Evri left a lot to be desired. They lied on two occasions saying they had attempted delivery but this was completely untrue.

Jacket shorter than specified.
Length of jacket was 28" and not 30" as stated. Too short for comfort. On positive side, I returned to cotten traders outlet near Evesham and was treated politely and promptly refunded.
