We love Cosy!

We love Cosy, after searching for some garden play resources we came across them and were really impressed with the handmade and well thought out products they had to offer. We bought some pieces for our mud kitchen as well as EYFS resources and we use them all the time. They’ve got a wonderful selection for a wide age range of children and their customer service has been excellent. Highly recommend 💚

**Unfortunately I have now waited months for my “out of stock” items (which you do not get notified about so have no clue until your order arrives without them, even then you have to go out of your way to find out why) and have had to chase for any updates. I’m hoping they will arrive soon. All the good reviews here are their own staff or insta brand reps I received a free gift for my original review!
Avoid if you want decent customer service or your order anytime soon!**

We have had a fantastic experience with cosy we now have the most wonderful outdoor play area for our son!

Fantastic service and fantastic products at a very reasonable price.

Great resourced

As a primary teacher I have used cosy a lot for resources for my school. This was the first time I have placed an order as a parent and I am not disappointed. I ordered a few weeks after lockdown when businesses were totally up in the air. My order came quick and I am highly satisfied as is my son. Will be ordering again soon.

Absolute joke of a company

Absolute joke of a company! I placed an order on the 20th April for some play sand, and I'm still waiting for it which I find ridiculous!

Nearly a month later, I have a still not receive my order, yet they took the money from my account on the 21st April. I'm yet to receive a sales invoice saying its been paid for and actually acknowledging my order. Its clear that they have taken the order, the money but can not deliver the sand as their suppliers have none in stock.

I emailed questioning my order on the 27th April with no reply! I understand in the current situation with COVID-19 services take a little longer to deliver, but being able to reply to an email is surely not one of them when they sent an email out informing customers that Cosy are still contactable due to them working remotely - this is just poor service.

So dissappointed with this company

So dissappointed with this company. Now 10 weeks waiting on my purchase of over £500. Emailed and promised delivery still waiting. Have now asked for a full refund. Lets see how long that takes.

More annoying they are still accepting orders

Our school ordered a play shed

Our school ordered a play shed, we had it sat in pieces as it arrived for a month as we didnt have the time to construct it, when we managed to start we noticed several parts missing, I called and Clare at customer services took a list of the missing parts and they arrived with us about 1 week later, no arguing or quibbling, great customer service!

Poor Service

Ordered from this company in January and was allowed to order out of stock items without being told they were unavailable so order arrived without items but not reason as to why they were not in the order so I had to phone them to find out why they were not delivered. When I put in a complaint all I received was an email telling me when they were expected back in stock. Despite being told the items would be back in stock on 14th and 28th Feb I have heard nothing from them to update on when they will be delivered. I have ordered before from this company and not received good service so will not be using them again.

I wouldn’t waste your time!

I have ordered from this company before, so thought I would place another....this is something I will never do again!!
I placed an order in January and to date (March) I am still waiting on items from that order, that’s even after making several calls to customer services, with promises of call backs, which never happened. Iv even had emails to say they were sending out parts of the missing items in February...still waiting.
Won’t be using you again, which is a shame, because as an early years worker I purchase many educational resources regularly throughout the year!

I have made a large order of over £1000…

I have made a large order of over £1000 . I am extremely disappointed with the service and the products. If I am told once more that the products are subject to change... I will scream. I am so cross!! I have emailed Phil the customer service manager and had no response. The products were late, missing from the order and not how they appeared in the magazine. I have had to ring several times chase with emails.I am a manager of a children’s centre and I will not be recommending cosy to any of my peers ! Not happy

Dreadful customer service, nearly impossible to get hold of products.

This company has great products but it is nearly impossible to actually get hold of them. I have used them twice and both times i have had to call them multiple times to get anywhere with receiving the goods.

The first order was a £400 order which was for my daughters birthday(specialist garden equipment to enjoy and support her additional physical needs). It took nearly 3 months before it was delivered, and even then it was only because i was calling multiple times a week to chase it. It was disgraceful as it was ordered 6 weeks before her birthday, but wasn't received until well after it. Meaning my 4 year old had no birthday gifts on her birthday.

The second order still has not arrived. I ordered it over a month ago, the delivery time stated less than 2 weeks. Still no product despite 2 phone calls. It is allegedly being delivered on Friday, i am not hopeful.

Their products are good, but the company is a disaster, if you can order from elsewhere then do.

WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I very rarely leave reviews, but I just had to find a way of warning other people from using this company.
I can't let others go through the pain we have had with the various orders we have placed with this company.
Simply the worst company I have ever dealt with.
We will never use them again, and I urge others to do the same.
Too many issues to list on here, but in short, dreadful/dangerous quality goods, parts missing, parts significantly delayed, items do not match what is advertised on their website.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Worst company ever get your money and don’t even have the products

Wow I don’t even know where to start with how bad this company is they take your money then you have to ring so many times to even get one item dispatched a week later! Never replied to any emails couldn’t provide half the items I paid for which I only found out after another month of calls then filled a complaint and they sent an email half an hour later saying case was closed I’m really what have you done nothing! Oh and I had ordered extra items to spread out cost of postage they wouldn’t accept these back unless I paid!!! DO NOT ORDER they deserve no stars

Some good resources - dreadful customer services!

Some good resources, however cheap poor quality mean some break and bare nails are exposed within weeks. This is dangerous. The real issue is customer services are dreadful and it is virtually impossible to get a refund for returned products unless you have hours and hours spare to chase them, this really is a waste of time, when courtesy and a good customer services department would expedite a refund on the customers behalf.

Part of our order was missing however when called to raise this, our query was dealt with efficiently and promptly and the missing items reordered for delivery without question.

I highly recommend Cosy Direct as a company. We order from them for Nursery and the primary school and they have always given top service. The equipment they supply is of a high quality and often items that are a bit more unique. We will continue to shop with Cosy Direct

Very poor service

Very poor service. Poor quality products that took from July to December to sort out. Don't email this company as they do not take action.
However one phone call to Paula in customer service and the issue was resolved.

Poor customer services

Poor customer services. Lack of communication. One star just for the sake of writing this review.

Would prefer to pay the extra and go to another company. Ordered a shed and delivered after weeks and no instructions came with it. We have spent weeks chasing this company and the whole process has been exceptionally difficult when we could be spending valuable time on teaching and learning.

Absolutely abysmal..

Absolutely abysmal... still waiting for a delivery over 2 months later. No reply to emails. No delivery despite promises. Rude customer service staff. Awful experience and even worse is that the kids are missing out on the experiences we had planned for them.

Terrible experience with a damaged…

Terrible experience with a damaged product. No one replies to emails, phone calls always result in "the manager is not available at the moment, they will call you back". They never do. The quality of cosy products is not of a high standard but fair when taking the price into account. We had a shed delivered, once the plastic wrapping was taken off we could see half of the roof felt was missing. This shed is an outdoor shed and is now ruined. It was delivered in April 2018, it is now August 2018 and we have no answers.
