Received items. 7 pack of wooden stepping stone logs. They turned up mouldy as heck and 3 of the larger ones are a completely different look to the others :(

My emails sent to your address were all kicked back. This is so frustrating.
I placed a large order on Feb 1 and never received it. I sent 4 emails requesting information and a refund and never got a response. I am so disappointed.

I've had to chase you up multiple times, at times it appears the item went missing, was not in stock, and not dispatched because of, as they admitted:
'' a slight delay in some of our order processing ''
I missed a number of key appointments (filming schedule) waiting weeks for this to be delivered, when in fact it had not even been sent as was not in stock.
I've even had to chase them up for the refund when it did arrive. THEY should have contacted me for this.
So I think it's safe to say this has not been a pleasant experience. And because of that, my trust pilot review and rating of one must reflect this.

This was my first order and I must say I’m really surprised !! My delivery was here within the promised time and no problems at all! It would have been five stars but the quality lets the clothing down a little.. will definitely order again.
I have placed orders of thousands of pounds for my employer. Customer services are shocking. I am still waiting for goods placed in December which I am being chased for payment. Problem seems to stem from bad packaging and the haulage company returning these to Cosy and since then the item has disappeared but I am still expected to pay for it. No-one at Cosy can get to the bottom of the problem and no-one phones me back even though they say they will. And don’t get me started on the packing department or accounts. The goods are good quality when they arrive. This company is causing me unlimited stress and I will not use them again if I can help it.

I made an order and paid for it 5 months ago.
After 3 months I started receiving parts my order separately, but now at 5 months I just received an email stating the rest of my order wasn't in stock and would I like a credit note or refund.
This is a shocking company, they do not make it clear on their website and are happy to keep customers waiting after they have paid.

I suspect all the bad reviews here relate to a company called one cozy day. I just looked this company up on google reviews and this site on trust pilot came up. Reading through the reviews and looking at this site, I think there is a big mix up. I could be wrong of course... to be crystal clear, I have not ordered from either company!

Terrible experience! I called their customer services twice to check that the jugs I ordered were white (like the picture on their website). They confirmed they definitely were. When they turned up, they were silver all 21 of them. I emailed customer services and have so far not received a reply.

Was a loyal customer for years and spent thousands with them, however not sure what has happened with this company.
Bought items worth over £600 on 22nd July 2020, never received any of them despite two follow-up emails being sent which were ignored. In the end we had to purchase the items from elsewhere.
Been fighting for a refund since 19th January 2021, still ongoing. Copied in the customer service manager in the latest communication.
Happy to retract this review when we finally receive our refund but wouldn't use again.

I placed an order last September and am still waiting for half of my order to be delivered. I have emailed several times to enquire about delivery timescales and to request a refund if the order can’t be fulfilled but am getting no response. I understand that Covid has led to disruptions for all businesses but feel that its really disappointing when emails are ignored. Waiting 5 months for delivery is just ridiculous.

Spent over £4000, took 6 months to receive a lot of items, one we are still waiting for and some we were told months later were out of stock. One item was moldy on receipt and we were just told to clean it!! Sent numerous emails to accounts as they are chasing payment and we are waiting for something back from them first and no response. Very poor company and will not be using them again!

I recently placed an order for some loose parts resources. It was quick and easy and my products arrived within a week. The goods were fantastic quality and just as shown on the Cosy social media accounts. I’ll definitely be using again. Thanks also for the inspiring posts which give me ideas of how to use the resources in practice!
I ordered four items in October 2020. After 6 weeks having not received them I chased the company up who responded quickly stating that only one item was in stock and offered to send that out while they awaited the other items. I agreed to this but then had to chase again as nothing got dispatched. I finally received one item on December 23rd, it was a wooden apron stand but it was absolutely filthy, poorly made so it did not stand up properly and wobbled over at the slightest touch- very dangerous for children to use (which is what it is designed for). I immediately got in touch to state it was faulty and wanted to return it and cancel the rest of the order as I had completely lost faith in the company and the poor quality of product I received. Again I heard back quickly apologising and saying it was not financially viable for them to collect but they would cancel my order and refund everything. My sticking point now is the accounts team does not respond to emails. The person I liaised with previously has ignored my email and I still do not have a refund after 3 weeks. After seeing the reviews below about waiting for refunds for months I shall take action through my credit card provider as the company seems to be avoiding responding to me now.

I.ordered something since December 12 2020 still waiting i sent to email and not answers very disappointed with this site. But now seen all the reviews I am very mad my order was no cheap. I order many things with a cost of 169 dollars. I need answers!!!😡

After placing an order back in August and eventually receiving half of it due to a product being on 'resource' I eventually received an update on 25th November (despite me chasing them a lot!) saying they couldn't source the product and I would receive a full refund. 6 weeks later, I'm still waiting and my emails are now being ignored. Awful customer service!!

Worst customer service I've ever seen. No way to track your orders, emails seem to reach nobody. I ordered pieces for my girlfriend and after waiting over 2 weeks it is now late for my trip to see her for the Christmas holiday. If I had known the time it takes to ship I never would have ordered from this site 10/10 do not recommend I'm am sure amazon has something close and way better service.

I ordered goods and paid upfront in May 2020 for over £1700. I am still waiting for nearly £400 worth of items which they have not delivered as they say I have not paid. Communication has been shocking. It is such a shame as the goods are really nice but thankfully competitors now source similar.
I am so very disappointed and will certainly be shopping elsewhere for my nurseries. I would strongly recommend to purchase your items elsewhere as the service is dreadful and not worth the time and stress.

Placed an order at the end of September. 8 weeks later nothing has been delivered and I have had no response to my emails or messages. However this company has all the time in the world to update its Instagram account marketing its products!!!
