I am afraid it is a zero stars me…

I am afraid it is a zero stars from me too. I placed my order on 22 July to buy a leaving present from a group of patents for our children’s nursery. A beautiful wooden garden bridge for the nursery garden . An expensive purchase at £261.59 but we thought it’d be a fabulous leaving present . Cosy initially advised 6-8 weeks delivery timescales but as the was no communication from the company by early September, I followed up with an e mail and tel call . To my huge disappointment and concern, I was told that the bridge is no longer available as Cosy can no longer source this item . They’re were unable to advise when it may be available so I am currently waiting for a refund. It is really disappointing that nobody from the company bothered to contact me to advise of the supply issue. Clearly had it not been for my phone call last week , they would have been holding on to our money with no ability to fulfil the order . I am now reading that other customers have had similar problems and have been waiting for refunds for weeks. I believe Cosy is in breach of contract under the Consumer Credit Act whereby they have not fulfilled their part of the obligation. On personal note , it is also hugely embarrassing for me as I now have to go back to our nursery and the parents to explain the situation . I do not like to use the Trust Pilot as a channel for complaints , but it appears that Cosy pays attention to what their customers say. I hope it will be the case this time and I can have the full refund immediately. Dorota

Absolute nightmare

Order 6 weeks ago have to keep chasing was told my order was delayed (it doesn’t state on the website that anything has back order or isn’t in stock) but that it would all come together end of week
Parcel arrives with half my order so again chase for rest to be told they don’t know when it’s coming in but will let me know
Week on still nothing
I would avoid they take your money don’t update you and then just fob you off with it’s out of stock.
You should be putting if items are delayed or even out of stock on your site before people order

Poor quality, poor service

I was very excited to purchase shelves to go under my tough spot. Whilst the shelves arrived quickly enough, the screws provided were too short to actually put the unit together. What was worse, once each shelf was put together, the basket provided with it did not actually fit on the shelf! What a waste of time and money. I had reached out about the wrong size screws and there was no acknowledgement or response. Finally, I have just been randomly sent an invoice for an item I already paid for and received. Strongly recommend you DO NOT BUY from this company!

Truly awful company

Truly awful company.
I ordered several items for my nursery, all had ridiculously long lead times on them. The crawl and launch platform arrived roughly on time but wasn’t able to use properly as the steps I purchased with it didn’t arrive at the same time. Three more items arrived weeks later but one of them, a wicker room divider, that was part of the book corner pack was beyond useless. After putting the platform together and very little use, the top started to splinter making it a hazard to use. I emailed the company with photos but never received a reply. I emailed them again, still no reply. We are now months and months down the line, still no steps and an expensive platform I can’t use. I would love to hear from somebody so they can rectify the problem, however, they don’t answer the phone either. A very expensive mistake that I will not repeat!

Still waiting for over 3 weeks for a refund!

I ordered an item at the end of May and there was nothing on their website to indicate the item would take an excessive amount of time to get dispatched. After hearing nothing for 6 weeks, I made contact with the customer service department, who to be fair responded quickly and politely. I asked to cancel my order as they claimed due to Covid-19 there was no telling when my order would be available (despite Covid-19 having been going on for almost 18 months at this point!). They claimed there is a lack of wood available which is a load of rubbish. I've now been waiting over 3 weeks for my refund and every time I ask, they just say they'll chase it up and again, nothing happens. I've had enough of this company now and won't use them again. Wish I'd read the reviews on here before even bothering!

Having made a order for a mini deep…

Having made a order for a mini deep tuff spot a few weeks ago, I still have not received my order, was hoping to have it by summer holidays as I’m a childminder..,.. have emailed company and still no reply will not be using them again and if not able to supply I would like a refund terrible customer service

Very poor customer service

Placed an order back in April and was advised upon ordering that it would be a maximum 4 week wait due to supply issues because of covid. This is fair enough but when the item still hadn't turned up 2 months after ordering, I requested a refund. I have been waiting weeks and weeks for this refund, I've chased it 3 times each time being told it would be refunded urgently and surprise surprise I still haven't had a refund. Very poor customer service.

Awful company and service

I placed an order last April and am still waiting for half of my order to be delivered. I have emailed several times to enquire about delivery times and to request a refund if the order can’t be fulfilled but nobody has helped me.

Terrible quality and impossible to return.

Finally got the items I ordered after waiting several months and the fit was terrible and the clothing was made of terrible, cheap fabric. I'm now having huge problems requesting a return they're trying to charge me $40 to make.

ZERO star service and communication

We placed a large very expensive order back in July 2020. We continually chased this order and received nothing but "because of Covid" when these items were not delivered in a timely manner and no communication was made at all from Cosy. We made a return that was extremely costly as some items were received were not as described on the website and a new order placed in November 2020. We have been chasing this order again continuously and been met witgh the same "because of Covid" excuses.
Today the order placed SIX MONTHS AGO finally arrived without any communication.
We are an educational setting l and will be advising all other settings in the county not to use this company. Very poor service and communication.

I'm so sorry to hear about the experience you've endured; our suppliers and manufacturers are working flat out to try and meet the huge demand for products we've experienced for the last 12 months; regrettably supply has been hampered by shortages of materials and more recently the UK's withdrawal from the EU; I understand fully that these are our challenges and we haven't handled them as well as we should have done. Poor quality, damaged goods, ZILCH customer service input!

We, a children's day nursery, ordered a climbing frame in November and then waited 5 months for confirmation of delivery. It arrived later than informed and upon inspecting it post delivery (it was delivered in poor weather) we found that not only had it been damaged but the quality of the wood was no more than pallett wood! For such an expensive outfit the customer service has been non-existent. We've made scores of calls since November, numerous e-mails and still waiting to hear back from them to have this death-trap collected and our company refunded the £250. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - THEIR ITEMS ARE DEFECTIVE AND NOT SAFE FOR CHILDREN.
We used to use Cosy all the time, never again. Not sure when things started to slip but you can't blame COVID for everything (their excuse for high demands of calls EVERY DAY at EVERY minute)!

Zero stars

I would give it zero stars if I could. I ordered a number of "Native American" jewelry pieces from this online site. The pieces were beautiful and I thought it was suspicious that they were priced so low. But, I ordered anyway. After about a month and a half of waiting for them to be delivered, I sent them several emails asking when the jewelry would be delivered. I never heard back. I searched online and found other email addresses for them and emailed the same request to those addresses. Nothing. I then contacted my credit card company and reported them. The credit card company refunded my money. Do not buy from this company. It is a scam.

No assembly instructions provided

I ordered a Loft Den from Cosy. It arrived earlier this week on a pallet which was placed outside the front door of my preschool and I had to unload it piece by piece on my own as I only had one other member of staff in (I was told the delivery window was 9-5 and I couldn't pay for an extra person all day just when I needed them for a short period but didn't know when).
Apparently assembly instructions should have been sent to me via email when I made the purchase, but they hadn't come so I had to basically guess where everything went together, based on the drilled pilot holes for the screws and the one photograph on the website. I did email asking for instructions but had no response and neither did anyone respond to my Facebook message I sent. Following the guessing method, I couldn't get the loft den to fit together so after an exhausting few hours of putting it as together as I could, I had to take it all down again as it wasn't a safe or secure structure.

However, the next day I tried it again after measuring and working out how it should go together, and I got it right. The pilot holes had been drilled on the wrong side of one of the parts. Also, this is a house on legs, but there were no markings to show where to attach the platform to the pillars. I had to lay the pillars out on the ground and draw a pencil line to ensure I made it level.
Had I been given instructions this might have been an easier task. Two days later and I still haven't heard anything. I feel justified in writing this review as I've given them adequate time to respond. Terribly poor customer service.

Extremely slow service

Extremely slow service, Waited 6 months for an order that I never received, then requested a refund and still haven't got it. They advertised very attractive materials at a reasonable price but they don't have them in stock!

no response from the company... what a disappointment

I have placed an order over 5 weeks ago and have paid for items, however website states that the order has still not been dispatched.

I have sent numerous emails to the company and have not yet received the courtesy of a response from them.

I have stated that if my order does not arrive by 05/05/21 I will be requesting a full refund.

I should have read the reviews before placing my order maybe then I would have avoided ordering.

Really bad experience so far.

Would not recommend.
