Ordered 2 Lumi Boards, get one FREE, October 20, 2025. A free gift was given with order. Delivery was to be 5/7 business days. So far, no product. I tried to contact company through email. Keep getting an ‘ email invalid ‘ comment regarding my email address. However, company is still contacting me regarding how I can track my order( can’t access ) and telling me a partial order was delivered on November 7, 2025. No such order has arrived. I’m simply tired of the run-around. I want to cancel my order completely, be credited ANY AND ALL COSTS charged to me. Beware of something that looks too good to be true and makes it impossible to get Assisstance when something goes wrong. Bad business ethics.

The lumiboard took a long time to…
The lumiboard took a long time to arrive. While it was well packaged, it’s incomplete. There is no usb A power adapter to poking it in to the wall or power source. Product isn’t very stable in the stand. It’s also time consuming/difficult to wipe completely clean. Which kids need frequently.

DONT BUY Cosmody Lumiboard drawing light box
Awful. I'm in Australia. Purchased months ago. Slow arrival and returns made impossible due to high postage costs to go back to USA. this is as close to a scam as possible. The products are coming from China. They are overpriced. Please don't use Cosmody. Use Amazon AU instead. DONT BUY Cosmody Lumiboard drawing light box
