I paid $80.00 for 2 of the lumniboards and received them today and they are complete garbage! the screens are cheap and all scratched and cheap markers and no instructions ! i should have definitely researched this company before i wasted my money ! Cosmody is a complete scam and should be put out of business!!!

Ordered a month ago and finally just received! I purchased after seeing the glowing reviews on Today Show as they highlighted this gift as one of the best for the holidays. I got ripped off and can’t believe I paid the price I did for cheap plastic garbage. Shame on the Today Show for marketing this as a great must by gift.

Awful experience. The same as other reviews being left. Ordered 11/17, and still not received product after almost 30 days. Product was retuned back to China, with no notice it couldn’t be delivered for an unknown reason. I had to contact them. Requested refund. They ignored request multiple times and reshipped original package. I have no hope it will arrive in time for Christmas. And from other reviews, will be a decent toy for my granddaughter.

What a scam! I ordered 3 LumiBoards on 11/24 and I still have not received them. I received a "shipping notice" on 11/26. When I tried to track the order, it told me 1) the order was not found and 2) the tracking sent me to a website that gave MINIMAL shipping info.

I emailed them and they made a new shipping label - which makes no sense, it had already shipped - but when I tried to track the new number, it also gave me no info on my package's whereabouts.

I emailed them again on 12/8 as I still could not get any info on my order's ETA. It didn't show a ship from country, nor did it have any movement on the package since 11/26. They gave me the runaround - "high influx of orders", "it's on the way", etc., completely dodging my questions.

On 12/10, I sent them another email stating that I still couldn't see any movement or updates on the tracking info they gave me. Same BS, they told me to keep checking the tracking number every couple of days. It has now been 3 weeks since I placed the order, and I have no idea when it will arrive.

Today, I googled reviews for Cosmody, and I was so grateful (but also disgusted) when I found this website to see how many of you are experiencing the same situation.

I called my bank and have disputed the charge.

I purchased 6 of these via cosmody website on 11-22-25. I still have not received my $195 order. Shipped from Hong Kong and took a week to process order finally showed shipping in us yesterday. I have made several contacts to cancel my order. Do not order through this site

Got the screen but not the 90page printable sheets. Ordered a month ago and sent two messages to customer service without response or any sign that the missing item would be sent. Very disappointing. I do not recommend dealing with this company.

Ordered 2 boards and no movement, no response.

Ordered 14 days ago - no movement on package, tracking is not available via whatever courier they use, and no one replies to customer service emails. Will never order from them again

Never received my order and they are not responding for information or instructions on how to get my money back

I ordered 2led boards nov 18. Tracking had it at a distributor on Nov 20 and no more progress.Numerous Attempts to contact Cosmody on Dec 8 went unanswered. I then contacted my credit card and they refunded me. I then heard from Cosmody that my order was cancelled because I cancelled my credit card charge. I doubt if they would have followed up if I had not cancelled.

I wish I saw theses reviews prior to purchasing from this company. Concept of gift is excellent. I ordered before Black Friday at slight discount believing I would get in time in December to send to nieces nephew in Alaska for Christmas. Ordered November 21 and still there is no accessible tracking. Did write to the company several times. Would not recommend this company at all. Way to wreck present idea for Christmas for FAMILY. Not only have I not received what I paid for, it will not get there in time.

This item is a piece of junk. Very cheaply made and not worth the money.
I would not recommend it to anyone, not even if it was free.

Ordered the Forever Orb Christmas ornament. It never shipped. They wouldn’t return emails. Another scam.

I ordered two Lumiboards and wanted to return one. Impossible to contact customer service. They do not respond. Will not use this company again.

Product is so cheaply made for the price. As soon as I opened I tried to contact them to return. All the contacts on their website bounce e-mail back. I started a dispute with my CC company. Avoid at all costs.

Poor quality product was delivered without directions. They have a return policy, but you need to pay for shipping outside of country. Shipping is more than price of product. Don't order from this company. Scam!

This company has a built in scam to cause duplicate orders if you make ANY change to quantity of items or sizes BEFORE clicking the purchase button. I am stuck with 6 LED boards that get very hot THEY ARE NOT GOOD FOR KIDS. The board needs to be tethered to a USB port to use. This company would NOT allow me to cancel the duplicate order that I had no idea I placed until it hit my credit card. You can not call anyone only email. DO NOT USE THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY THROUGH INSTAGRAM. I have also deleted my Instagram as they are part of this scam.

Ordered two "large" and one small boards from cosmody.shop on Oct 25, 2025. What arrived did not match the pictures on the website. Flimsy plastic folding stands, cheap and very short markers in limited colors, not the ones on the website, no wall plug for the USB cord, and cleaning it with the supplied cloth doesn't work worth a damn, had to wash it in water and dish soap or Windex to get the marks off. Cheap LED light strip with short cord, none of this matches the descriptions or pictures on the website. I filed a complaint on the website, which is an online form and have received no response. There is no phone number or address. They have a 30-day return policy, so I guess they will ignore my complaint and claim I didn't file it in time? Paid a lot for this cheap product and would never give this as a gift. Bait and swap false advertising and there is no way to get my money back. It is a SCAM!

I just received my LED board, which was SUPPOSED to be my granddaughter's major Christmas gift. I can't even express how dissatisfied I am. I ordered the "larger" board. It is miniscule.
I can only hope that she will like it once she actually uses it. Lesson learned: ALWAYS read a lot of reviews before purchasing anything online.

My 5 year old daughter received this as a gift. I was excited about it because she loves to draw and they promote it as being a “mess free” toy.
It is the opposite of mess free. The whole process from coloring to cleaning up is far messier than any other marker activity we have in the house. The board is tiny and has to be plugged in which limits where she can use it and the tiny rag to clean the board was unusable after less than an hour of drawing and wiping. Her hands are filthy from the markers and the cleaning rag. This toy is messier than any whiteboard you could buy your kid. Buyer beware.
