Look no further for a clinic that is like stepping into heaven, immaculately clean and calming space with staff who are experienced and knowledgeable about their products, treatments and patients needs. Samuel on reception is not only extremely polite and professional but also an expert in all treatments and surgery treatments available. Jo does the most extensive range of facial aesthetic treatments. She is lovely, thoughtful and very knowledgeable about what’s best for your own personal health and wellbeing without it being too over top. Can’t recommend her highly enough for her skilled professionalism.

The Outstanding Mr James Smith
I recently chose Mr James Smith to perform my Upper Blephroplasty and the results are absolutely outstanding, this minimally invasive procedure has maximum results instantly …..it has truly transformed my eyes and I could not be happier , the whole procedure was pain free and Mr Smith made me feel completely at ease, his skill and expertise are clear to see in my results! I can't praise Coppergate clinic…
I can't praise Coppergate clinic enough. I had upper and lower blepharoplasty with Christopher West 2 months ago and the whole experience and results have been phenomenal. All the team are fantastic, helpful and friendly. My consultant Christopher West was brilliant from the first consultation where everything was explained in detail , to surgery day when I was so nervous but he was so kind and reassuring through to my follow up appointment. Can't thank him enough. The results are life changing just wish I had it done years ago.

Coppergate, a clinic as good as it gets.
My wife had a follow up meeting yesterday after her recent liposuction and abdominal surgery with Mr Rhodes.
In a world full of fakes and scams and unqualified people carrying out various medical procedures it’s so reassuring to have a company like Coppergate with top staff from top to bottom.
I cannot recommend Coppergate enough as every phase of the two surgeries my wife has had was handled with such attention to detail you felt calm and relaxed and confident.
Mr Rhodes is just brilliant in the way he explains the procedure and also any possible complications so you are correctly placed to make an informed choice.
Pre and post care is as good as it gets so thank you Coppergate for making my wife even more beautiful than before.
We would urge anyone seeking cosmetic surgery to talk to Coppergate first to get the necessary information and then have great nurses and admin staff look after you until a top surgeon to carries out the procedure.

I’ve had upper and lower Blepherplasty…
I’ve had upper and lower Blepherplasty and under eyes C02 laser with Chris West. The staff were friendly and put you at ease. I was quite nervous but got through it with the lovely nurse holding my hand through the whole thing. Can’t comment on results yet though because only had it done yesterday.

Attention to detail FIRST CLASS
I've had a couple of procedures done with Mr James Smith at Coppergate. From the minute you make the appointment right through to the post surgery aftercare, the whole team are amazing.
Mr Smith ensures you are comfortable and that you fully understand the procedure you are undertaking. He puts you at ease and his breadth of experience confirms you're in the right hands.
When you awake from surgery you are with one of their amazing team of nurses, who stays with you up to the minute you leave. you are guided through your meds, so when you get home you know what you're doing, you also receive strict instructions on the do's and do not's so your recovery is not left to chance.
Depending on the surgery you have 2-3 follow up appointments, which continues the reassuring recovery.
Honestly I can't recommend Coppergate enough!!!

An Incredible Experience
I had upper blepheroplasty and a brow lift by Mr West who was absolutely lovely and a surgical genius. I wanted the clock turned back and that is what I got. Completely refreshed and my confidence sky high. Coppergate is a family and I couldn’t have got through my journey without Katie, Alison and Anna - who were on hand to calm my fraying nerves and endure my most numpty moments - and everyone I met on each visit. I’ve recently undergone revision surgery with Mr James Smith and I honestly cannot thank him and the entire team at Coppergate enough.
From the very first initial phone call, right through to the surgery itself and the aftercare I’m still receiving, every single person has shown incredible kindness, compassion, empathy, and professionalism. At every stage I felt listened to, supported, and genuinely cared for, which made such a difference during what can be a very emotional and daunting experience.
Mr Smith has been outstanding throughout — approachable, reassuring, and highly skilled — and the whole team have gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and confident in my care.
This surgery has genuinely been life changing for me, not just physically but emotionally too. The positive impact it has had on my confidence and quality of life is hard to put into words, and I’ll always be grateful for the care and support I’ve received throughout this journey.

I was put at ease straight away
From the moment I arrived to when I left I was put at ease.
Having and procedure can be worrying but Nicki the nurse who worked along side James my surgeon was there with me from the beginning to the end of the procedure.
Everything was explained by my Surgeon James and there were no surprises.
The Blepharoplasty took no longer than an hour and a half and I was so well looked after.
I had a really good experience and would recommend James and Nicki to anyone who is thinking of having a procedure at the Copper Gate Clinic.
