I would give more but I can’t open the documents attached to the email so pointless so all I have is a policy number

I've now resent the documents to you, and they should arrive within the next 20 minutes. To open them, you'll need to enter your postcode as the password, using capital letters but no spaces. Once you've opened the documents, you'll be able to save or print them if you wish.

Existing customers expected to renew at a higher price than someone new going to CO-OP via a comparison site?. Called to query and told “that’s just the way it is”. Great customer retention plan.

We’d like to reassure you that in most cases, our existing customers receive a lower price at renewal than they would if they purchased a brand new policy, as long as the details are like for like.

Disappointed
Whilst the staff are friendly & helpful, the claims department go out of their way to complicate simple claims. I have cancelled my Pet insurance policy and previously another Home insurance one too. The renewal terms are extraordinarily expensive and I’m so disappointed in the Co-Op’s avoidant behaviour.
The two stars are for the helpful manner of the staff, which never comes to fruition.
