Long wait and expensive…
Long wait for such an expensive delivery! Scratchings were okay but for £18 for 500g I will not be ordering again. I ordered on a Thursday evening and received the product the following Wednesday. Packing was fine, taste was fine but far to expensive for what it is.

Sorry you felt the wait was too long. From Thursday evening to Wednesday is within our standard delivery window, but we understand that expectations can vary and we’re always working to keep things moving quickly.
On price, we know we’re not the cheapest on the market. We focus on small-batch production, quality pork rind, proper seasoning, and consistent crunch, but we completely respect that value is personal.

Slow postage but overall good
Took a week to pack and despatch but once shipment notification was received it arrived the next day.
In terms of the scratchings themselves they are cooked to a high standard, with shop bought scratchings you play the tooth break lottery but every one had a lovely blend of crunch without being too puffy or far too hard.
I bought the original, sweet chilli and maple flavoured. Out of the bags they were a little on the side of over-seasoned for my taste despite not selecting the option for more. I appreciate you need to cater to a broad range of palates and my tastes may differ but I feel that less is more in this case. Once I’d shook off the excess seasoning dust with a seive they were delicious.

Really pleased you rated the cook on them, “tooth break lottery” is exactly what we try to avoid 😅 Consistent crunch without being rock solid is the goal.
On seasoning, that’s genuinely helpful feedback. We do season to suit most palates, but you’re absolutely right, less can be more for some people. We’ll feed that back internally. And fair play for the sieve method… that’s commitment to the cause 😂

The order for the pork scratchings was completed quickly. The flavour and quality of the crackling was very good. No soft or chewy bits, none with stray hairs. All very good. An enjoyable experience and a highly recommended product.

Worth the date
Delivery took a while (over a week, compared to the 2-4 days they state) but I can’t fault the quality and flavor. Top stuff and would probably buy again

Scratchings and seasoning
The scratchings are very good quality and the flavours are great but the salt and vinegar is very overpowering due to the amount used. The separate seasoning is also great but disappointed that it didn’t come in a jar/shaker as pictured in the website but instead in a plastic tub which makes sprinkling over food more difficult.

Way too much seasoning / flavour on the scratchings. Most times they make me gag. Had high expectations but dissapointed. And that"s without the tripple seasoning they offer for £4.99.

Avoid! Not to be trusted.
Shocking customer service and order fulfilment letting down a brilliant product.
Ordered a bunch of different flavours of scratchings, some sweets and some cookies in their Black Friday sale. Figured they'd arrive well in time for get-togethers over the festive season. WRONG! Waited 2 weeks, emailed, no reply. Waited another week, emailed, no reply.
Got the the parcel early January. Thought, "Ah well, got some of my favourite flavours and some new ones to try." WRONG AGAIN! What I recieved was nothing like what I'd ordered. I ordered 3 flavours of the big bags, got 3 bags of original 1 of the 5 cookie flavours I ordered...and a note to say "we had to make some changes, sorry. Here's 20% of your next (full price) order."
Pathetic. Especially after waiting more than a month for delivery. I could've been contacted and offered the choice to wait for stock or choose alternatives.
Then, when I complained via email, I get a response that basically boiled down to, "We've got your money and couldn't give a damn." Then I saw that they were promoting a new store, that was fully stocked with all of the items that had been left out of my order. The idea that they had taken money from people, then prioritised potential sales over existing customers told me everything I need to know about how they run their business. Poor show!
Shame. Easily the best scratchings out there, by far. (Sweets are "meh" at best, cookies are over-priced.)
I'll not be buying from them again, neither will my friends and family. Never again. They're not trustworthy.

Firstly, I’m genuinely sorry you had this experience. Reading that is tough, especially knowing how excited you were for the order.
Black Friday stretched us harder than it should have and that’s on us. The delays, lack of response and substitutions without properly offering you a choice is not the standard we aim for.
You absolutely should have been given the option to wait or change items. That’s fair.
I’m sorry we let you down on this one.

First rate, totally delicious Scratchings. Added 2 packs Worcestershire Sauce flavour to 1kg jar of Original for a Winter treat in the dark days. Order delivered promptly and well packed.
Originals are as Awesome as ever, Worcester Sauce ones are Terrifically Tangy for a different taste sensation. Love them both. Very Happy Customer, again 😋
