Hola les escribo para que lean ....está plataforma me pidió este lunes 27 julio 2025 muchos documentos entre ellos unas verificaciones de tarjetas del 2022 ,2023,2024 que obviamente no las tengo ni físicamente ya que se cambiaron los plásticos pero la mayoría asociadas a mi cuenta actual...pero me di la paja de hablar ejecutivo de cuenta de mi banco para que me enviaran cartolas se las envié a colbet y no les sirve !!!!de que estamos hablando señores si quieren desvincular a alguien no los corran así ....se aprovechan por qué nadie los fiscalizan estoy muy desconcertada tengan cuidado por qué para inscribirse no cuesta ....pero pasado unos años te piden muchas cosas y después si no las tienen next son unos descarados!!

Vilseledning och lurendrejeri.
Valde sportbonusen men blev automatiskt tilldelad casinobonusen, trots att jag klickade på sportbonus och inte skrev in någon kod alls. När jag sedan avbröt bonusen tvingades jag ändå till omsättningskrav på min insättning! Känner mig både vilseledd och lurad. Har tidigare spelat en del hos Betsson och aldrig stött på något liknande.

Scamsite full of poker bots/rigged.
Scamsite poker cashgames are rigged with bots. I tester and recorded this. The bots almost allways call you pre/after flopp when you raise far above the pot value (And you will lose everytime)
They usualy have poker related names. And even when you change tables the same bots with same names join you there 90% of the time.
Examples:
I flopped an nuts flush spades (AK on hand) Q,10,8 spade on table and 120 euro inn pot, i raise all inn with another 200euro then everyone on table folds except 1 bot who calls with pocket 2 off suite (Heart/Diamond) and hits Quads on runner runner? No normal player would make an call like that when everything on the table beats his hand and no draws for anything good.. Note the same player played safe for 2-3 hours at the table bearly playing any hand) extreme passive play just to do a call like that ?
Another example is i Get pocket Aces Diamond/Spare pre flop i go all inn with 270euro i Get called by 8-2!!! heart/spade We run it twice he ofc hits flush heath on both runs. I have played poker for years. No normal player would call 270euro pre flop with an 8-2! (Same thing here passive/safe play for 2-3 hours and then does this crazy call)
Happened multiple times, and allways on Big pots. Have friends who comfirmed the same thing. (We have recorded the plays)
Can also say that the tournaments Are more legit as you Get to play Vs alot of players. But even on those tournamemts on the finale tables you Get really wierd calls. Which no good player would ever risk. Like 100 euro buyinn tournament playing for 6-8 hours, and then om finale tables ppl do crazy calls with no hits just to win on runner runner. Risking everything with nothing on calls not bluffs!
Stay away from this site!

I won 35,000 SEK at Coolbet and submitted all the documents they requested: Swish confirmation, bank statement from Swedbank with my full name, date and payment information. Despite this, they have not paid out my money and do not respond to my messages.
They are dishonest and slow, and their customer service ignores important cases involving large amounts.
I will report them to the Swedish Gambling Authority and ARN, and spread my experience to other players.

The stream of the table dissapeared multiple times right as the ball was about to stop.
I played roulette 20 times, lost all 20, which is roughly 1 in 1,048,576.
I bet on black 12 times in a row and it came out red every time, I then switched to red and suddenly it came out black. I know this isnt proof of anything, but it is definitly suspicious

Yleisellä tasolla kyselin miten pelitilin sulku käytännössä toimii ja yli-innokas asiakaspalvelija sulki saman tien tilin. Tästä valitin, niin pelitilin sulku poistuikin mutta pitävät silti 1kk kiinni ja sanovat että suhtautuvat näihin pyyntöihin vakavasti, kun ovat vastuullisia. Kuitenkin aiemmin ihan pyysin pelitilin sulkua jatkuvien ongelmien vuoksi, niin laiteltiin viestiä, että saisiko toisen mahdollisuuden ja mitä voivat tehdä että en sulkisi tiliäni. Melko tekopyhää paskanjauhantaa tämä vastuullisuus. Lisäys. Näin kuukauden jälkeen sain viimein vastauksen complaint osastolta johon valitin kun asiakaspalvelija lähetti minulle toiselle asiakkaalle kuuluvan viestin. Vastaus oli että ovat toimineet oikein. Miettisin ainakin itse kaksi kertaa laittaisinko rahojani ja henkilökohtaisia tietojani tällaiseen yritykseen.

Jeg gjorde et innskudd her og pengene ble trukket fra min konto men fikk de aldri på spillekonto. Tokk kontakt med support, og etter 30 min med venting så sa de at jeg måtte vente 24 timer, tokk kontakt igjen etter 48 timer da pengene fortsatt ikke var på spillekonto, og ventet så lenge på en forklaring at telefon gikk tom for strøm. Det er helt greit at de lurte meg for innskuddet, men tilgir de aldri for alle timene jeg ventet for til slutt å ikke få noen svar for hvorfor de stjal fra meg. Anbefaler ikke folk å spille her.
