They closed my account without telling me! I recently had a bad experience with them. I made a deposit to their casino, the money was withdrawn from my bank account but was never deposited to the casino. When I tried to resolve the issue whit one of their customer support employees, all I got was lies. So here I am, missing money and only receiving lies from them.

I withdrawed little bit less than 20e at night and next morning they cancel the withdraw and put 20e limit to some other back transfer withdraw and told that trustly not working. I checked the trustly worked on deposit but not on withdrawals. They but my moneys back to betting account. Scam firm. You cant get moneys back. Gladly I tested this before but any more moneys than 20e....

My partner has been scammed by these…
My partner has been scammed by these people. She deposited 600 SEK and won 5800 SEK, but when she tried to withdraw the money, they asked for documents, bank statements, and all kinds of other things. She sent everything in. The first time the verification failed, the second time she submitted it, the next day she received an email saying her account had been blocked and that the winnings would not be paid out. The email claimed that a third party was involved, just because I had transferred money to her the same day — but that was only because I owed her money, and she chose to use it on Coolbet. It’s her decision what she does with her money!
And the customer service is a joke — they say they can’t answer relevant questions about why her account was banned. This casino is a complete scam, and whatever you do, don’t play here if you want to receive your winnings. I will change this review to 5 stars if they pay out the money to my partner!

I was maybe unlucky and met an extremly incompetent person at support, but when she kept asking for gaming history that did not exist and that was mainly the issue for me (I had money drawn from my account but no spinns was played) I decided to close my account there.

Bet disappeared from my pending list
Up until today i was fairly satisfied with Coolbet. This is a true story. Firstly I have already made over 13,650 bets with them. I made a $50 30% multiplier bet with John Rahm beating Bryson Dechambeau over 54 on the Indianpolis Tourney it showed on my pending for a week as a placed bet. Last night I checked and it was gone not showing on pending/ bet list or transactions made. Of course I dont have a screen shot i make too many bets a day to be taking screen shots of every bet but I made the bet and it showed on the pending list because every time i do make other bets its common sense to check that the bet went thru. Anyways I talked to customer support to whom has now elevated to their email support team. This really seems fishy and unfair because of some sort of glitch in their system. I get the feeling they will burn me for the winning bet and i feel their is no recourse. If they do not resolve this accordingly i will of course be very upset. It was only $50 but this could have been alot higher and it might have even happened in the past without me having any recollection. However when you make bets over $50 you follow your bets and i did. Thanks for the reply. Your support team told me they have no bet placed for the provided information. So to me this is now THEFT and the only recourse is to let others know to be careful with your site. Better still I suggest using STAKE. I will contact the B.C Gaming Branch for a regulatory criminal complaint. As well i will tell everyone i can posssible my story and tell everyone i referred to for this site to be careful. I cannot use any foul language but if i could trust me i would. I still have a futures bet with Shohei Ohtani to win NL MVP and a criminal Tribunal might review for me so I cannot close my account. I have now taken screen shots of my Shohei bets so they cant steal from me again.

I only give one star extra for having high rtp in the slots but otherwise this place is not the best place to play at. Promotions is just for the highrollers that have a big bankroll to play with. When loosing much money 5% cashback is not much with a wager of the cashback, there are other places that offer without wager cashback. Other promotions is for the highrollers but not for people that loose every month 500-1000€. Never won anything extra from other promotions here.
