Poor customer service

Poor customer service
I was at one till, and a staff member told me to go to another till. When I went there, another lady working on the till spoke to me in a rude way and said she was serving someone else.
It was confusing and didn’t feel nice, because I was just doing what I was told.
I hope staff can speak more kindly and clearly to customers in the future.

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service. I have ordered 4 items but they tell me 1 is not in stock after i made payment and they said they will refund me for 1. But they send me 2 items and they are telling me they will refund for 1 item that is not in stock. What about the 3rd item I paid. I have asked to cancel and for full refund. Very disappointing. Every time I order there is some problem with order.

The remaining items in your order were dispatched before your cancellation request was received. As advised, you were given the option to refuse the delivery so it would be returned to us. However, tracking information shows that the parcel was accepted.

Really great service

Really great service. We ordered a pan but got the wrong size. Laraib was so quick in putting it all right, sent out a new one and we ended up keeping the other one as really liked it. Fantastic customer service, direct through to Laraib and really efficient follow up.

Hiding behind small writing terms and condition to escape their responsibilities

I’ve ordered few boxes of 2 different sizes plates from cooksmill but before delivery they emailed to say make sure you order correctly because if you wish to return, we will only refund 70% of this order! However when we received, we realised some of them we ordered were smaller than we thought! So we didn’t open all boxes to order the larger ones.we kept the wrong size plates and ordered more! But once the second delivery arrived and we opened all boxes, we saw some of the first order which was the largest plates, were smashed in transit. Once we emailed them the pictures, they refused to replace the damaged ones, because “we were out of our 48 hours report window “! And its part of their terms and condition when you tick a small box!!

Very poor quality control & poor customer service!

I bought two of the 'seasons storm bowl shape cup 9oz'. One of the cups does not have the brown speckled rim which matched the other and the saucers, and looks to be unfinished. Whilst I understand that the finish of the products may vary, to me it looks like the speckled rim design has not even been done on this mug. I am not sure how someone can be happy enough with the finish to allow it to be sold along with another one that looks so much better. I called customer services to see if they would replace the mug, but they just tell me that 'product finishes may vary' as stated on the website. Again, I understand that the 'finish' may vary, but the design of this mug doesn't even look finished. The only other option they gave me was to return the items at my own cost for a refund. I am very disappointed with the service I received. For the sake of replacing one poorly finished mug, this would have been easily solved and I would have been satisfied with my order. They clearly have no pride in the finish or quality of their products, or their customer satisfaction. My advice would be to avoid

We’re sorry to hear that you're not satisfied with the cups you ordered. These cups are designed and produced by Porcelite, a well-regarded manufacturer of professional porcelain for the commercial market.
As you mentioned, there may be variations in the finish—this is an intentional feature of their handmade design. For example, had you purchased a set of 25 for a café setting, you would notice differences among the pieces. This is consistent with the aesthetic and craftsmanship Porcelite is known for.
We also clearly note on our website: “As each piece is individually decorated, there will be differences in the finish of individual items such as speckles or rim decoration.”
If you still wish to return the cups, you’re welcome to do so either by post or courier at your convenience, or free of charge at our store.

I brought 4 large dinner plates and 4…

I brought 4 large dinner plates and 4 small plates around a year ago, they are the best things I brought for our flat, a year later and they have been in the microwave the oven, I may have even dropped 1 or 2 on accident, and they are perfect condition we get compliments on them from everyone! When I ordered these 2 turned up broken I emailed straight away and spoke to Nicole who send me 2 new plates within 24 hours absolutely amazing! Thankyou

Help with urgent order

I called them on a Friday lunchtime to arrange for some paper chef hats to be delivered on the following Monday. I received excellent communication from the team, they did an immediate stock check for me to make sure they have the items in stock and soon after I placed my order online I received the dispatch notification and today (that dreaded Monday) I already have the hats! Amazing, very helpful customer service! Would buy from them again!

Cooksmill offer great value for money…

Cooksmill offer great value for money and customer service. They replaced a broken glass with no fuss and gave us the remaining glasses of the set at a big discount.

Next day delivery but misleading goods description

Next day delivery! I was very impressed by the way I was kept informed of the progress of the order and surprised at how fast it arrived. Goods of good quality. My one complaint is that the stated container volume must have been the external volume. The useable internal volume was 30% lower, since the volume left inside the covering lid is not useable.

Couldn’t care less!

I have used them before, but on this occasion i placed my order early hours Friday morning, the website says that orders after 2pm Friday will be despatched the following week, well my order was way before the 2pm deadline and it has only been despatched today, after i emailed them this morning, i also didn’t order anything that had a lead time as i needed the products sooner, this clearly didn’t matter because they had the cheek to email me back completely disregarding everything i said & just said all being well I should receive this within a couple of days! How pathetic! I then said as you ignored my email I’ll refuse delivery then, and the response was if i refuse delivery, the £6.95 delivery charge will not be refunded! They were VERY quick to reply to that. £6.95 delivery charge for something that is in stock and takes a week to arrive! STAY AWAY, if they don’t fix this i’ll do a charge back to my card, & i will raise this with trading standards as it’s very misleading information

Great job by Cooksmill Glasses

Great job by Cooksmill, been a pleasure to purchase from them. Would recommend.
I’d also recommend updating ya glasses cupboard, price of a glass is less than a drink in the boozer or restaurant. So makes perfect sense to buy a nice glasses cabinet that will last years👌👍.
