This unit replaced exactly the same as one already had.
This unit replaced exactly the same model we purchased five years ago. Only renewed as the bottom door hinge fell apart. On replacing it and stripping the old unit down to see what went wrong, I found a screw but not two as required! Fixed it and now using it in the utility room! Would recommend it, my wife loves them!

Order never arrived and received no refund or replacement
My fridge never got delivered and I have not been refunded.
I ordered a fridge from this company, and got the notification that it was delivered to my neighbour. I never specified a neighbour to the company where they could deliver my parcel to.
The app showed a picture of my neighbours closed door as a proof of delivery. I asked my neighbour wether she received it she said she didn't but saw a big parcel outside the door earlier that day.
If it was the fridge I don't know, but whatever happened cookology did absolutely nothing except telling me that according to DPD they did everything according to their rules (??????) and the parcel was delivered.
They just left it there so paid for my fridge, it never arrived and now I have to call my bank and spend another hour sorting their mistake out and get the refund for a product I had never received as customer service left it there. Absolute joke.
Crap customer service.

Poor unreliable product and poor…
Poor unreliable product and poor customer service with no respect for the consumer act 2015.
Cooker purchased Nov 2023 via Amazon. Amazon has been great but as its outside of the 2 year warranty are unable to help. The fan on the oven has failed unable to purchase a Replacment component, Cookology has been contacted unwilling to help. Having to report then to trading standards via Citizens advice.

Ordered a cooker hood when opened the item was damaged . This i appreciate happens . After a lot of emails and calls a replacement was agreed . Today received replacement via dpd and clearly this is also damaged this time including the packaging . Dpd driver took a pic of the good side of box knowing the item is damaged. Clearly not the service of both the product or delivery any one should expect . Driver said he will inform DPD .

Faulty product and poor customer service
Product arrived faulty which was frustrating enough but when i contacted them they asked for my address and postcode, which was already on the email that they has sent me! They then insisted on video evidence before they would accept a return. Under UK law, you are not legally required to provide video evidence to claim a refund, repair, or replacement for a faulty product. They did arrange collection and a refund quickly enough but i felt like i was made to jump through hoops. I would never use them again

Big range, good shipping, descriptions can be optimistic
Big range on the website and, once I ordered, useful and accurate updates from the courier. Good packaging - no damage and I managed to unpack a tabletop fridge on my own. I'm very limited on space and this is my only fridge. It's not really up to that job - it would be better suited to a house where there's also a regular fridge. Once you factor in all the places you can't have something touching the back or the freezer compartment, it is really small - smaller than its description online! And noticeably not as good as a drawer for fresh vegetables
