Cookology is based in Haverhill, Suffolk having outgrown our premises in Bishop's Stortford on the Hertfordshire, Essex border, near London Stansted. We are an intimate company with friendly and helpful staff standing by to take phone orders, answer your emails quickly and give you advice on buying appliances for your kitchen. We never pressure customers into buying and the only people we share your details with are the courier companies and review companies we use.

Faulty product and poor customer service
Product arrived faulty which was frustrating enough but when i contacted them they asked for my address and postcode, which was already on the email that they has sent me! They then insisted on video evidence before they would accept a return. Under UK law, you are not legally required to provide video evidence to claim a refund, repair, or replacement for a faulty product. They did arrange collection and a refund quickly enough but i felt like i was made to jump through hoops. I would never use them again

Big range, good shipping, descriptions can be optimistic
Big range on the website and, once I ordered, useful and accurate updates from the courier. Good packaging - no damage and I managed to unpack a tabletop fridge on my own. I'm very limited on space and this is my only fridge. It's not really up to that job - it would be better suited to a house where there's also a regular fridge. Once you factor in all the places you can't have something touching the back or the freezer compartment, it is really small - smaller than its description online! And noticeably not as good as a drawer for fresh vegetables

Perfect wine cooler
Was looking for a under counter 30cm replacement wine cooler as our original had given up at around 10 years. Came across this company/website and after checking reviews decided to order as almost identical to our old one plus really competitively priced. Excellent delivery, extremely well packaged and fridge is absolutely perfect. Wouldn't hesitate to purchase something from here again.

Beware of the down drafters 4 year life expectancy.
Have had a new down drafter delivered from Cookology at super fast speed. This will be the 3rd DD I've had because they only last 4 years a piece, failing to work within a month or 2 of the 4 year window, after the install date. My tip is to take out the 5 year warranty offered (only £38) so as to allow for the 4 year breakdown! Apart from that they are very good steam removers when they work.

American Style fridge freezer. Had a couple of questions prior to ordering which were answered by telephone. From ordering to receipt was 3 days and free delivery. Really pleased with the appliance. Would recommend Cookology and will use again.

Aberdeenshire excluded
Tired to order online but couldn’t complete so was then told could be done by email. Customer services checked postcode and advised could deliver (Ab41 - Aberdeenshire, not Highlands and Islands!) only to then get back in touch and say they couldn’t. Found I could order same item for delivery through amazon but choose not to!
