Cookology is based in Haverhill, Suffolk having outgrown our premises in Bishop's Stortford on the Hertfordshire, Essex border, near London Stansted. Brilliant 31L table top Mini Freezer
Quality mini freezer. I had tried another brand who manufactures the same freezer, but returned it as it was a bit loud. The Cookology is quieter and great item. Cookology also have a really helpful customer service team who reply promptly to emails.

Love this microwave - but
It would have been 5 stars but think it’s ridiculous for the Guarantee of 1 year to only be valid if ‘an electrician fits it ‘ !!
It’s literally a plug in a socket fit !
Also there have been some strange noises on occasions from it - we think it’s when the glass base is not sat correctly on the turntable .

Regarding the unusual sounds, your assessment about the glass tray alignment is likely correct. Please ensure the roller ring and glass plate are fully aligned on the rotating shaft. If the sound continues even when everything is positioned properly, please reach out so we can assist you further.

There was a minor delivery damage fault with the appliance originally sent, so remedial options were promptly offered and a suitable collection and replacement was efficiently and swiftly organised.
