Cookology is based in Haverhill, Suffolk having outgrown our premises in Bishop's Stortford on the Hertfordshire, Essex border, near London Stansted. My freezer broke and I was expecting a delivery of frozen dog food within two days. It was Sunday so I went online and found the Cookology freezer in store at my local branch of Currys. I ordered the freezer which was delivered by 9.00 am on Monday morning.
You can't do much better than that.

No freezer - it’s a cooler ?
no light, doesn’t open you pull the fridge across the room to open the door. The company said it normal and to wait a few seconds. Never had a doctor now fridge before

I loved the cooker other than the…
I loved the cooker other than the screws for the back piece wouldn’t screw in and not having a cable to connect was a disaster !!! The cooker hood also unable to connect as the cable attached was far too short so again unable to connect, still not connected ! Delivery guys very unhelpful . Washing machine and dishwasher all good.

Ordered from this company late on sunday evening , it was delivered on the tuesday afternoon , unfortunately on unboxing it we found it was damaged , i phoned up and was asked to send pics via email , which i did within minutes I had received a reply, giving me options, i choose to have a replacement sent and that was delivered less than 24 hours later and the damaged one was collected.
Would i use this company again , absolutely i would .

Just a really disappointing company
Despite having to go back-and-forth with the company to get a full refund rather than a replacement even than buying a brand-new product again but it still was damaged still wasn’t classed as brand-new. It’s still scrapes on it still didn’t come any original packaging. And there’s items missing there’s no booklet there’s no ice trays extra trays egg trays items were stolen.
