Excellent service, Taste lacking
Transaction went smoothly. I appreciated the phone call I received to verify recepiant and ship to. I only sampled the chocolate chip cookie. It tasted good, not great. It could’ve been softer and had more flavor for my liking.

Did my order and after it was processed…
Did my order and after it was processed i got an email saying for an additional charge it could be delivered in the requested timeline. It should not allow an order to be processed with the date not applicable. We’ve cancelled the order and gone elsewhere. You lost a customer.

The order was placed with ground shipping that quoted a certain day. You put in your notes to have it delivered sooner. I simply emailed to say yes we can meet that day and the shipping options gave you that day as a choice as well. I then simply asked if you wanted the ground option you selected and paid for or would like to upgrade to the option you asked for and did not select. You elected to cancel the order. This is not a review of our service or our product.

Broken cookies
Broken cookies.
These cookies were sent to my nephew who has had three surgeries and at least one more coming and unfortunately a couple of the cookies were broken when it arrived. That was disappointing.

This was the 1st time I have used…
This was the 1st time I have used Cookiebouquets and the product was fine, the cookies tasted great. What I did not like was that I did not get an estimated delivery date when I placed my order nor did I get a tracking number when it shipped. It took 1 week from when I placed the order to the time it arrived. I was thinking it would arrive within several days. I would order from them again, but I might call in the order to find out all the delivery information.

I am glad that you like the cookies. We just launched our new website on a new platform and had some glitches this first month. We have the all sorted out and the dates quoting correctly now. We also have the tracking fixed so that is sending out as well so next time you should have now issues. But you can always call we would love to help you out.

Not as ordered, horrible quality.
The cookies were undercooked and the color was not according to the file I sent. When I reached out to let them know I was disappointed, they really didn’t seem to care. Way overpriced for the lack of quality.

I am sorry to hear that you felt we didn't care. We have printed that logo several times and not had a problem so we were just not sure what happened and didn't hear back from you. We also use a butter cookie and not a shortbread so they are a lot softer and should melt in your mouth compared to a shortbread which is more crunchy. I would be happy to send you some new ones and apologize for the color being off.

Definitely worth ordering from!
Easy website to navigate and when I had questions, I called and got all my answers quickly. The customer service was outstanding. I asked my client how they enjoyed the cookies and they said they would give the taste of the cookies a 4 out of 5. I had sent the smiley face box filled with cookies and they indicated that people in the hospital thought it was the cheeriest box and brought smiles to everyone's face. I would order again from Cookie bouquets in a heart beat!
