Cookie Bouquet is AMAZING
Cookie Bouquet is AMAZING! I ordered a bouquet for my team at work and they loved the cookies. Not only are they super cute, but they are soft and taste homemade. Delicious!! I will definitely be purchasing again.

Great for all occasions.
Package arrived when scheduled and in the variety chosen. Everything wrapped separately which is a plus when laying out. Would recommend this to anyone.

Was very satisfied with the whole process. The girl that I spoke to on the phone to place my order was very helpful. The delivery did take place on the date that I was told. The recipient was very pleased with the cookie basket.

I choose Cookiebouquets the cookies are just right.
I choose Cookiebouquets because the cookies look like they are normal size cookies, are individually wrapped, have a variety of flavors and have a lot of different themes. I really, really appreciate these features. I ordered a birthday arrangement to be delivered to my son in a different state. Cookiebouquet kept me updated with the shipping, especially with the tracking number. The order was delivered to my son on the day I requested, and his office raved about how cute it was and how tasty the cookies were. I am so glad I choose Cookiebouquets. And bonus, I live in Ohio and can support an Ohio company.

Great Experience
The photos that our daughter and daughter-in-law sent of their two different cookie bouquets showed that they looked exactly like the photos on Cookie Bouquets's website. My daughter said the cookies were good. If they were warmed for about 20 seconds, the almond flavor of the cookies came out. Each of the bouquets was delivered on time - one in Illinois; the other in Texas, and were ready to ship within 3-4 days after they were ordered. I highly recommend this company.

I ordered a bouquet for my dad for Father’s Day. I was out of the country until yesterday. When I visited him, I asked my mom how they liked the bouquet. She said they never received one. *update They didn’t receive them. Did the delivery guy ring the bell? They were home that morning. These were overly expensive anyway—over 70 bucks for 6 cookies, but I knew I couldn’t be there for Fathers Day, and I wanted to send something special. Also I have had no communication from you until I posted on this trust pilot site.**I was out of the country until yesterday. I called as soon as I returned and found out. I left a message. Obviously I cannot say that they were stolen. What I can say definitively is that my parents did not receive them, and my bank account was charged. Where do we go from here?

Will you ask them again because we are showing that the bouquet arrived at 10:34 am to there front door. Sometimes when you say bouquet people think flowers and not cookies. Please let us know as this should have been delivered to them.

We didn’t have any communication because we didn’t know anything went wrong. From our end the package showed delivered and we had no way of knowing that anything happens until you did. I apologise for that but from our side it showed delivered and nothing to the contrary. Did you ask them if they got cookies because if they didn’t the package may have been stolen.

I have already filed the claim with FedEx and they will do there Investigation and talk to the driver. Once that is done and we find out that they were stolen as this dose happen from time to time. We will issue a refund for you. I apologise for the inconvience and we can get this taken care of for you. I apologise for emailing back and not calling back our phones were knocked out today by someone who hit the telephone poll infront of our building. We should be able to get this taken care of again I apologise for the inconvience.

I ordered a bouquet for my husband for Father's Day as he was working out of town. I was so excited to surprise him with this treat. I never received a confirmation email or an email when it shipped/ delivered. When delivered, It was the mug, but not the cookies I ordered and I would have appreciated an email stating what they substituted. My husband was not impressed with the quality of the cookies as they were very dry. I expected excellence with the amount I paid for the bouquet and delivery.

I just tracked the order and here is the email that all of the conformations went to Cyndee.eastin@gmail.com. Sometimes they get filtered into the spam folder. I also see that you ordered the fathers day mug with 7 cookies, is that not what arrived. We didn't have any orders this year that we had to substitute anything out.
