The process was smooth from start to finish and my caseworker was prompt, efficient and professional. The guidance provided was clear and easy to follow and all my queries were answered promptly making the whole process much less stressful.
The online portal was particularly useful as it allowed me to access my case at my convenience and keep track on the progress.
