These guys totally changed my life. I went from burning the candle at both ends, swinging the hammer, sales, admin, ect.. to having a team of 3 carpenters and an in house designer. Now I focus primarily on sales, marketing and business development. If you were like me and working 60+ hours a week and spinning your wheels and feeling like you weren't getting ahead, you need to work with these guys.

This is a comprehensive program with individualized coaching that gives a business owner a systematic way to evaluate his contracting business and his leadership and management and implement strategies and tactics to build the business predictably. If you want to systematize your business, increase professionalism and profits, these are the guys to work with.

I am a firm believer to take advice from people who have the results to back it, and this company does. Amer and Patrick are great, and our personal coach, Mich, has been beyond helpful. In just 6 weeks we have doubled our closing percentage and nearly doubled our profit margins. Not to mention the overall professionalism and mindset shift that we have experienced. The knowledge in this course is invaluable, and definitely worth the investment no questions asked. At first I looked for reviews for this course and was almost reluctant to join just due to me finding nothing negative about the course. After 6 weeks with contracting.com I can now see why there isn't anything negative out there. The course itself is absolutely amazing and has helped in every aspect of my painting business. Since I started coaching with this company my sales have gone up because of the systems I've put in place. The hours of lessons help a ton but what really helps is the weekly meeting with my coach. We also did a conference this year which was amazing I got to meet a bunch of contractors that are in the same boat as me or a little further in. I suggest using this company because it's almost they are part of your family. I really feel like they are here to help me and I'm not just a number in their book. The answer me and always have productive things to say they also KEEP ME ACCOUNTABLE which I think is really the most important! Just purchase the plan you won't regret it.

I was a little skeptical before joining this community. However, since working with Contracting.com, I have clarity and direction like never before. I now know what to be focusing on as a leader to grow my company and my crew exponentially.

I could not recommend a better source for contractors to grow their business quickly.
I have been using their services for nearly 6 weeks. My first week of using their systems I increased my sales to a number I couldn't even imagine. I made $70k last year and in one week I booked $40k of work at an above average margin.

I must admit, I was reluctant to invest in this program initially. Taking the leap of faith was daunting, but turned out to be the best decision I have made for my company.

I struggled in a couple key places:
Hiring.
Profiting adequately to grow/scale.

Within the first 3 weeks of this program, I had profited enough money to more than pay for this program.

I have basically tripled my profits.

As for the hiring, it was similar to a dumpster fire.
I wasn't finding quality candidates, and I was extremely desperate for help.

I now have a fully functioning, 4 man crew, and I am completely off the tools after 4 months.
