Dishonest company

This company are using my company data on their site, they are doing this without my permission. I have asked them repeatedly to remove it but they choose to ignore my requests. There is no facility to remove it myself

The MAE Contracting LLC

The company, MAE Contracting LLC, on Brook Hill drive in Waukesha, WI, owner, Michael Thomas Garcia came over, we signed a contract, gave him a check $5,500 down, for building materials, on a simple composite deck rebuild and he didn't show up for 41 days. When he did, he had no crew when he said that he did, he didn't pull a permit and didn't have a clue as to what he was doing. Our contract was breached in multiple places and there was a lot of dishonesty involved with this contractor. The entire deck he built had to be torn down due to the fact that none of it would pass the proper building codes. We would highly recommend not using this person/company, which has been changed in the past.

Regarding Scam

Regarding: Owner Developer Nichol Dehmer, CEO of YardHomes Builders LLC 475 Old Hwy 8 NW Suite 111, New Brighton, MN 55112

We were hired by Nichol Dehmer in December 2023 as her construction manager to build 150 homes in Cherokee Village, Arkansas.

Invoice amount due for services $33,000.00 due in January 2024, we also traveled to the build site and worked with Nicol, we have not been paid anything, she has admitted to owing this amount in several emails, text messages, including many stories on what amounts she would pay if we worked with her on a reduced amount other than what's owed.

Nicol has told us several times she had filed Bankruptcy in May 2024, was closing her business etc. It’s quite oblivious you're still in business and we don’t want others to be deceived like you have done to us.

YouTube video by you 12-23-2024: Nichol Dehmer - Bringing Tiny Homes to Minnesota - Full Interview

Inclosing, last message received from you
Nichol on April 21, Michael, I need my insurance to come through. I have no money to pay for this. I can't even get an equity line on my home, I tried. You are angry at him, go after him. I am just as angry. I was dubbed. He has destroyed my life and my business. You still have a business and a life. I am just trying to keep it all together and everywhere I turn I am hit with something else of his. If Dennis buys those lots back, I can pay you. You would be the first.

I hired Marvin Hernandez Construction…

I hired Marvin Hernandez Construction out of Enumclaw to do a job at my house. It was a nightmare. They never showed up when they said they would, did terrible work, that they never finished, and left my house a mess. I paid them 25% down and it will cost me more than that to have someone else fix what they did. Don't go there, you will be sorry.

I read the terrible reviews but…

I read the terrible reviews but everyone mentioned they had paid $1,000+ and that possibly the company was under new management and "seemed to be doing better". Since the lady that contacted me was only asking for $200 and not $1,000 I thought that maybe it was a different management team and they figured out where they went wrong before. Nope, only difference is they ask for less money now. My first 5 leads were complete crap. Homeowners were mad I was calling, seemed to have no idea why I was calling and I got hung up on one after another. One lead was for a renter in an apartment (why would they want a roof quote?) Before I could pause my account it auto-renewed and now I am $400 in with them. I called them furious and the only good thing is they refunded my first 5 crap leads when I threatened to sue them. Now I have to spend a bunch of time calling homeowners who don't want to hear from me and then go online to request a credit, explain why the credit is being requested and wait until its credited. When I called to complain the guy on the phone explained "not all leads work out and if there's a good reason why, we will refund your money in the form of a credit". In other words, I'll need to spend a ton of time calling people and requesting credits until I feel I've gotten enough business to justify the $400 I spent before canceling my account. Oh and you can't cancel your credit card without first entering a different card #. So i'm having to close my credit card I gave them entirely. I think the way they get their leads is to just randomly call people and if the person doesn't immediately hang up they call that a valid lead. DO. NOT. SIGN. UP. WITH. THIS. COMPANY!

I am convinced this is a scam!!

I am convinced this is a scam!!! I have immediately canceled my account. I tried to contact the leads that they sent me and none of the leads panned out or even answered the phone or my voicemail. THEY DOUBLED CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD FROM THE GO. There was no phone number provided to my credit card company for disputes on their end. When you try contact them by phone a voicemail comes on that their closed, but not even give you the times of day and week they are open even though their add says they open 7 days a week, but never answer the phone, NOT TO MENTION IF YOU LOOK UP THE PHONE NUMBER IT DOES NOT Link TO THEM AT ALL

Awful company

I have a roofing company and Contrator.com has been trying to sell me leads. I have refused many times, politely but this company will not stop calling me. I have asked several different reps to remove me from their call list to no avail. I wish they were a BBB company so I could file a complaint! Just a terrible waste of my time!!

Scam

This site is a scam. I decided to try them out for my HVAC company. We used many lead generation services that are similar (such as Home Advisor, Networx, etc). So far out of over 20 leads only 1 person has said they actually submitted the request. On top of that they keep sending us leads outside of the service area we requested. Now they have double billed my weekly budget 2 days in a row. This program is a joke.

Over the moon

Just had my car delivered and I am over the moon. The sales support team made the whole process easy and painless. I would definitely recommend Contract Cars to my friends and family.
