I bought a pc around a month ago. Phoned there customer line was told lie after lie. Its been dispatched and we will send you a e-mail to confirm . Never arrived and no e-mail .
I have got onto Clearpay customer services and get a email from Console killer sent me a tracking number , guess what it hasnt been updated for 4 days.
Have sent a e-mail now asking to cancel and get a refund. Just terrible customer service . Stay clear of them.

Ordered an item which they didn't have in stock but didn't get in touch about until I'd emailed and called repeatedly. And since then have not processed a refund now almost 2 months later

Ordered RAM on here, used a flexible payment option which was offered on the website. Totally hassle free and delivered swiftly by DPD.

they took 3 weeks to fix the laptop .need to be improve on communication.

23rd Dec. As promised goods arrived before Christmas meaning my son gets a great present in time.
This company have done a great job in building and supplying a high spec gaming PC in next to no time and at a very reasonable price.
Definitely would recommend using their services.

A few teething issues, but the guys were friendly enough, issues got sorted. Happy as can be with the service and machine.

Great product and good value compared to competitors, that's why I chose it. They kept me informed about delivery and helped me sort a software licensing issue quickly. Definitely recommended.

I recently purchased a gaming PC for my son which he loves. Dispatch was slow due to the Christmas rush, but the kind and diligent customer service and assurance the PC would be delivered in time for Christmas saved the day. Special mention to Ismail who chased up the order and kept me posted. Thank you. I needed a gaming pc for Christmas and decided to go for a refurbished one. I know nothing about computers and when searching online saw that console killer was local. Despite being really busy they built me the pc in time for Christmas and the spec was better than expected! After sales service has been brilliant, especially David who talked me through setting it up over the phone. Will definitely recommend!!

Fantastic service from the guys. Great bit of kit and exactly as per the advert. My 11 year old is over the moon with his Gaming bundle. Well done all. Highly recommend.

Works great, got exactly what I paid for. Couple of days late but sometimes that cant be helped.

Had to wait longer than expected for delivery due to supply issues (same everywhere) but worth the wait as its quite a bit cheaper than anywhere else.

I had the i3 with good gaming spec and what i needed it for. Received an email off ali advising me that the system i wanted was no longer available but gave me a free upgrade at no cost! Absolutely chuffed!

Have ordered a Refurbished PC through Console Killer after finding them online via a Google search. Really happy with the price of the Tower, Screen, Keyboard and Laptop and the support during the process which was great. Ordered on Monday and delivery looks like it will be Friday which is earlier than expected. I even received 6 months extra warranty on top of the already given 12 months!

I sent back a gaming PC purchased from Console Killer in March 2017 for an upgrade. From my first contact with Mohsin from Console Killer PC, right through to conclusion, his advice and ongoing support was of the highest standard. He arranged pick up and return delivery, fulfilled the work in the time stated for the price agreed and delivered a product that performed to the level desired. A very satisfied customer.
