My pc was not showing display received support and guess what I was using motherboard output. I received video call support and after using output from graphics card machine was working fine. First time gaming pc user

Machine was received slightly bent from corner. Sent pictures of damaged packaging. Received support from Consolekillerpc and mt pc was replaced with in 48hr.

Good selection of refurbished pc value of money I bought my pc in £375 with in my budget.

I recently purchased a PC from ConsolekillerPC and I am incredibly happy with the service. The build quality is top-notch, the cable management is very neat, and the system performed exactly as expected right out of the box. Shipping was safe and everything was well-packaged. I noticed their Trustpilot score was a bit mixed, but my personal experience has been flawless. Would definitely recommend them if you want a solid gaming rig for a fair price.

Ordered beelink mini pc. Order not sent, still waiting over 2 weeks later. Emailed twice only responses were "will check with our team where your order is" and have been silent for a week. Address registered to a car garage. Avoid entirely, chargeback in progress through bank. Red flag.

Ordered a Gaming PC for my son's birthday on the 25th January, has to chase to make sure it would arrive for his birthday, multiple emails and nothing but 10 days before his birthday they contacted me with a day, PC was delivered and on opening found that the it was damaged so arrange return for repair and then had to chase with multiple email, repaired PC was delivered and again the PC would not boot up, chased with multiple email and had to has a video call to try and fix but no luck so had to return again and now I have had enough and have contacted to get a full refund as I still haven't received the PC and have only had emails to say they will sort but haven't, this has caused communication to be completely ignored and I have been waiting with a Gaming PC after spending £1500 for about 4 months now.

Avoid this company at all costs.

Ordered and heard nothing. Multiple emails achieve nothing, phone number automatically disconnects. Webchat is unmanned. I don't think they're scammers, just a terribly ran company.

I wouldn't trust the reviews on here. A lot of the 5 star reviews are of the same background as the owner; good chance he's asked his friends to give give some good reviews to make his failing company look better.
