Very friendly, professional service. Monika helped me through the stressful time and made my mortgage application very easy , she was available to talk to anytime via text/phone/emai, with quick responses. I would recommend her to any one who needs help with mortgage. She explained everything to me clearly and she clerly l knows what she is doing, i would use her services again if needed, Thank you.

I have recently purchased my first property and as soon as estate agents saw that my offer was accepted, I had constant phone calls which felt like brokers pressuring me into using their services, and trying to lock me in to “lifetime broker services” which I didn’t feel comfortable with.

This is where I was introduced Concept Financial Services and Tarun Raheja. As a first time buyer, Tarun was always available at every hour to answer any queries/doubts, as well as explaining terms which I hadn’t come across before.

Tarun also provided great advice and outlined every step of the process so I knew what I should expect as the buying process went along. This included advice around Will Services, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, and taking the time to explain the important terms in each one, and what I should be looking out for when purchasing these. Without this advice, I would have absolutely picked a service or policies which would have not suited me in the long run.

Overall, I cannot thank Tarun enough for the service he has provided with me, and making the property buying process as easy and simple as possible, I highly recommend his services and look forward to engaging again

I am very grateful that my colleague from work recommended Dan as our mortgage advisor. He is very knowledgeable, approachable, kind, supportive and thorough. He was there from the very start, from when we were struggling with our mortgage affordability due to Covid to finding the right lender for us, getting a solicitor and applying for our mortgage protection. Our case has never been straightforward and he made it so easy and less stressful. He also dealt with our solicitor when we were struggling with communication from her. My husband and I cannot thank him enough and would highly recommend him to anyone.

We haven't used a mortgage advisor for many years, and decided we wanted to move our mortgage from an interest only to a repayment given everything going on in the world for some stability. We contacted a few advisors but Philip stood out from the start. Calm, concise, knowledgeable and thorough. Our case was particularly challenging as we were consolidating a fair amount of debt into the deal. He searched the market and presented the best options, despite some mortgage companies making offers and withdrawing them because they "changed " there criteria overnight. He stuck with us and found us the right deal in the end. I would recommend using Philip Keith again to anyone who needs help with finding the right deal. Made a very frustrating process (with banks) work and we completed in June. Thanks Phil, great work and well managed.

What I really liked about her is that she is very easy to talk to which makes this rather 'heavy' topic easier to go through.
She has been talking us through all processes and made sure everything was clear to us at all times. It was easy to arrange calls with her as she's been incredibly flexible with her time schedule. I had seen a house I really wanted but was advised that day that if they were to accept my offer the mortage needed to be sent that night as they had a viewing the following morning .
After panicking not being able to get through to my bank the estate agents passed me Daryl’s number and she was a knight in shining armour !!
We went through all the details and she worked till late night and I mean gone 11pm that night to get the paperwork over so I could secure the property for the following day !
Instead of having to wait hours to get through to banks ect Daryl is on the phone at any stage and always keep Intouch with me throughout and always advised when I needed it.
