My Mortgage adviser Monika was great and guided me through the whole process, which was really helpful as a fist time buyer. Monika was able to find me a great deal and responsed to all of my questions promptly. Will definitely be using Monika again once my current mortgage deal expires.

Having recently concluded our property purchase transaction in what can be called a near tumultuous mortgage crisis in the UK market, the one positive and uplifting experience has been getting Tarun Raheja from Concept as our mortgage advisor.

Tarun was always available at every hour to answer any and all queries, as well as being the strongest link and shining beacon of hope throughout the process.

Tarun also provided great and continuous support working with the lender, other key constituents and kept us informed and on top of every step in the journey.Without his advice, we would have found it almost impossible to complete the purchase, which is one of the biggest decisions one has to make in lifetime.

Overall, I cannot thank Tarun enough for the disciplined service he has provided to us and above all his positive attitude nd optimism.

I would not think twice to highly recommend his services and look forward to engaging again soon.

Excellent!!! I would rather untangle a giant ball of Xmas lights than try to negotiate my way through the complexities of the mortgage system but thankfully my husband and I didn't need too. Our adviser, Jennifer McKenna, was absolutely marvellous at taking the whole process off our shoulders and turning what might have been a nightmare into a smooth, hassle-free experience. We were wanting to release money from one of our rentals so called in Jennifer from Concept Financial Services. We found her to be warm, friendly, approachable but completely professional. I was a first time buyer and I couldn’t have bought my house without Monika Hajkova back in 2017. I couldn’t find a better rate elsewhere and her customer service was amazing. Excellent advice and help throughout the whole process from applying for a first time mortgage to finally moving in. She really takes time to understand you, your circumstances and what you want then provides the best advice for you. Really trustworthy and always very helpful (I constantly had questions). So when it came to remortgaging I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Again secured the best rate, better than any I could find and arranged everything for me. In arranging equity release, I was taken through every step of the process, with full discussion along the way. Everyone involved was very professional and able to answer queries. This was also concluded speedily and efficiently, taking approx. four months which makes the date of the experience misleading. I would not hesitate in recommending Concept Finance to others.

Jennifer Mckenna was a real star during my mortgage application process and I am sure I wouldn't have been able to buy my first flat without her help.
I had been with other advisors previously in other companies and never got a good service or result. Jennifer was relentless to find me the best deal possible. She also supported and advised me all the way.
I am very impressed with the level of service I received and how much knowledge she has about the market.

I had a good experience with Claire the financial advisor that dealt with my mortgage protection. However, she was the second advisor as the first one left the company and she was handed my file. I found that the first advisor tried to sell me a policy that was way too comprehensive (and expensive) for the amount of mortgage that I had left. That said he was very accommodating in finding an alternative and less expensive and comprehensive policy. Overall I would recommend and everything was made as smooth as possible by Claire.
