This I'd the second time I have used monika. I still remain breathtaken by what she did for us.

She got us our agreement in principle within 10 minutes. She got our mortgage offer within a day of the offer being accepted. She dealt with the chaos that is solicitors.

I couldn't have got through the process without monika. She would be an asset to your house move.

We found Nick our advisor very professional and curtious at every stage of the process.
I would recommend him to anyone.

For me and my family, buying a second house through the auction was one of the hardest and most stressful journeys, which we passing through! We were blessed to have a mortgage advisor like Daryl Toms! She did an amazing job! Daryl was with us since the day when our first mortgage advisor said: "I do apologise, but I can't find a bank, which can lend you this amount of money, which you need. Please find another mortgage advisor." till the last moment. Daryl look after and sort out all our enquiries, even it's wasn't in her responsibilities as a mortgage advisor. Because of our language barrier, she must communicate with the bank, solicitors, auction team and the agency and she did it great! Daryl is a beautiful lady full of passion, attention and care about her customers. If I can give her more than 5 stars, I would be doing it! You deserve a lot more than that! You are our star!

Peter Ball did us a really expert financial guide and helped us through every aspect. He explained everything in detail but without the difficult wording that you can usually not understand. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing any of the services provided.

We heard about Daryl by chance through a family member. They’d heard about her on a random Facebook post apparently. We were dubious, impatient, and as first time buyers thought do we really need a mortgage advisor to throw into the mix and make this process longer? We realise how naive we were and luckily were soon proven wrong on so many levels when Daryl replied to my email on a Sunday morning. I’d originally put off emailing her on the Saturday as I assumed it was out of hours and no reply would come until Monday at 9am, but no, she is the definition of efficient! It’s also important to note that her services are free, and considering half of the other £££ services you pay for when buying a house, her customer service is 100 times better than those professionals we paid! She completely understood we both had 9-5 jobs so offered evening flexibility for our supplementary calls etc. She is so knowledgeable and no question was too much of a hassle. We have without a doubt saved so much money securing a great mortgage package through Daryl. We were in regular contact right up until we completed the house sale; this would have been so much more stressful if we’d organised the mortgage ourselves. She even sent us a lovely little house warming gift to say thank you for using their services, which did make us laugh as we are so pleased to have found Daryl so feel like we should be thanking her! I’m now going to recommend Daryl to anyone and everyone, you would be crazy not to use her help :)

Jennifer did a great job in understanding our mortgage needs and providing us with a range of suitable offers while using her industry experience to help us understand the details. She was great in chasing up the lender to amend information where necessary to meet our deadlines and responding to all our queries in a prompt manner.

Dan Percy has arranged two mortgages for us recently. Both went through so smoothly and he was really easy to deal with. Happy to recommend him and Concept. We'll be back in a few years to remortgage.

Very good service from Nick Lovell very helpful all the way though this process it did take longer then we thought it would 6 months in total. But Nick was there all the way when we thought it wasn’t going to happen. In the end it was all ok.Very good service and would go to him again if needed.

I found Concept Financial Services overall a very professional service and I am very pleased that I got to use them as it was a very straight forward process, while my circumstances weren't. I could not say the same for my previous experience with a different company.

Excellent experience all thanks to the lovely Monika Hajkova and I Couldn’t have asked for a better mortgage advisor. She makes the whole process go smoothly and is always there to answer any questions. We have been trying to purchase our home for 12 months and with the right advise she got us across the line. Even after securing the mortgage she kept in touch to make sure everything was going smoothly with the solicitors up until we got the keys.
