Computer Repair Man Recensioni

Excellent communication and service from Gethin at CefniTech.
Gethin collected my old laptop, inspected it and advised me of the options available.
I decided to buy a new laptop. Gethin transferred everything I needed from the old one to the new one. He collected the old one and delivered the new one at the time and date we had arranged. When delivering the new laptop he set it up WiFi, printer etc. at my home.
Thanks Gethin.

Excellent experience with John from ELM, laptop collected and delivered 24 hours later with a new screen.

Prompt and very efficient service. I would recommend his service.

Incredible service, very reasonably priced, highly recommend !

Gethyn attended site within 24-hours of the initial contact. He was professional and gave me absolute confidence that the issue could be resolved. He took time to explain and make sure that I understood the changes he was making (important when your least favourite thing is tech!). The job was time-critical as I had an important deadline to meet and without Gethyn’s help I would have had a very unhappy client. Happy to recommend!

Polite, professional service . Not expensive either. Will employ again.

A very efficient and effective service provided in a friendly manner and all at a very reasonable cost. I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again. Highly recommended!

Gethyn really knows his stuff. Very professional and diligent. He installed Wi-Fi in my shed and sorted out dead spots in the house with extenders. Everything works brilliantly. I would highly recommend him and would definitely use him again.

Ben made an excellent job of fixing my PC which had crashed after an update from the Lenovo site.
The PC is operating well and operating as though it is a new machine.

I honestly can't recommend Computer Repair Man enough. Gethyn was brilliant from start to finish, friendly, professional, and clearly knows his stuff.

He kept me updated throughout, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and had my computer sorted quickly. The whole process was straightforward, the price was fair, and nothing felt like too much trouble.

It's hard to find someone this reliable and honest these days. I'll definitely use Computer Repair Man again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gethyn to anyone who needs computer repairs - the free chocolate was amazing also, nice touch!

I found Gethyn through this company, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. He picked up my computer the very same day, kept me updated throughout the repair, and had it returned to me the next day. Not only was the price much cheaper than another local repair shop I'd used before, but the convenience was second to none, I didn't even have to leave my house as Gethyn collected and returned it himself.

Amazing work and definitely using again

Gethyn turned up on time and resolved the issue with my desktop quickly and efficiently. I would certainly recommend him to others.

Got to the root of the problem and sorted things out!
Was patient and explained things!
A+ rating

Gethyn Jones, in my experience, is the best there is: he responds quickly to calls ,
makes his diagnosis easily and his fees are wonderfully fair. In thirty years of working computers I have never had a better sevice/ serviceman.

Helped me clean up my machine and get it working how i wanted. A proficient engineer, who is quite capable of fixing problems.
Gareth is highly recommended.

Superb all-round service, the problem was sorted and Gareth even improved things on my PC, deleting usdeless software etc.

Highly recommended

Gethyn’s service was fantastic- he communicated well, arrived promptly and sorted our service quickly and professionally- I couldn’t recommend him highly enough.

We've had Gethin round to the house which was great. Last week we had a phone consultation and then problem was, once again, sorted quickly and effectively. Gethyn works hard at good service and communication and e would not hesitate to recommend him. 😎

So professional and up-to-date knowledge. Excellent after-sales service. I have never been let down. I would have no hesitation to recommend this service. Best in class. Didn't think I could get this service in North Wales.
