As a first time buyer I was quite nervous, it was bought for my daughter who was delighted when it arrived earlier than expected and has been using daily. A minor issue with the mouse pad reported at 11pm recieved a response email before 8am the next day and was corrected straight away. I would definitely buy at computer discounts in the future.

I purchased a laptop computer but found that it had chrome and not windows which was unacceptable - I hadn't worked with chrome before but had windows for numerous years on my desktop and I found it much easier to navigate/use. I sent Computer Discounts an e-mail stating this and they agreed to take it back providing it was in the same condition as it was sent. I returned the item and they had refunded the price I paid for it within a couple of days. You just can't beat that sort of customer relationship and I heartily recommend COMPUTER DISCOUNTS to anyone considering purchasing a laptop from them.

there was a difficulty in delivery from DHL the first time they tried to deliver they said there was no one at home to receive the package and there was my door bell is working and no one came I had to phone DHL got a new date and this time it was delivered

I decided to return the laptop as it was older model than I expected. The return process was quick eventually but there could have been more information from the beginning. Otherwise a good & reliable service if you are looking to buy a refurbished laptop.

The delivery time was super quick also (2 days!) and the mac does everything I need it to.
