Although in the end I o\got a new Mac the service re cancellation of my order the service from you was excellent

The laptop works fine but I put a program disc in and it will not eject and keep trying for minutes very annoying

After owning apple products from new I was slightly reluctant to purchase but it’s for my 78 yr old Mother so seemed like a great option.. She desperately needed a new small light weight laptop so I brought her a macbook air.. Brilliant easy to set her up, small and exactly what she needed. Arrived quickly and would definitely buy again.

Ordered a Mac book which was faulty, returned and credited. Ordered second which has a different fault and we are awaiting collection. Maybe we have been unlucky but it’s very frustrating as we want one that works

Ordered MacBook last Thursday and with Bank Holiday Friday and Monday expected delivery around Thursday this week really surprised when received today.
Ask some questions via the contact us page and Jordan replied in less than an hour.
MacBook is absolutely pristine condition.

I was looking for a new laptop for my business similar to my previous model with identical features such as sd card input, a few USB, CD/Video player basically all in one computer but still being portable.

The new MacBook Pros 2020 on high street today are out of my pocket and Out of my need. I found a perfect solution after [chatting] with one of the staff at CD on possible options.

I was hesitant at first why nobody would pick up the phone after several attempts trying to reach the company. I always prefer a human interaction especially when buying any gadgets, to ask a question as a reassurance for what tech terms means for example....because of that vital to me option was not available I will rate CD a good company. However I did get some limited correspondence and information via emails regarding the stock, the models and delivery.

It took 4 working days to receive my laptop. 2 days to get the order placed, hence absence of “human touch”. I highly suggest to implement at least a what's up text and voice messages when possible.

Gentleman from the delivery firm came all the way to the 4th floor to hand me in person my order, normally deliveries are left Inside the hall by the front door.

Excellent service by the chosen delivery Firm, 5 star to the driver, 5 star for the price of my new MacBookPro that I paid only £380 for.

The product functions very good, So far I am happy with the purchase but I'm still within my 1 year warranty, so time will show how long this type of technology will last. As this is my first time that I bought a used Technology from a third party.
