***AVOID!! ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING***

Booked through compare your parking, stupidly did not check the reviews!!

This started when I tried to amend my booking for the 20th of September 2026, online and it quoted me £133 for an extra 24 hours! Been trying to get in contact with someone since the beginning of last week. The mobile number for the parking company goes through but apparently they can’t help me and tell me to go through compare your parking who original told me I need to make contact with the parking provider! And now I’m getting no response from compare your parking. Most the numbers are out of service and emails are just bouncing!

ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL COMPANY AND SERVICE!!

If anyone can help point me in the direction of who I can actually make contact with to cancel my booking I would really appreciate it.

How do you give any stars to someone that brokers out to fraudsters and couldn’t care less?

Booked for Meet and Greet at Bristol. No email came through or any booking info but luckily I have habit of print screening.

Text the driver same night I booked to confirm parking next day. No response. Rang next day and said I’m on my way… 2.5hrs due to traffic. No probs. Rang an hour away as asked. No probs. Text 30min, 15min, 10min, 5min and called with no response. Need to know they are there as parking is £8.50 for 10min. Answered just as I got to barrier… will be 5min.

Guy was already there and then said I was late by 2 hours!? No mate here are the calls and texts. He as rude to my fiancée and infront of my son, shouting, it got confrontational and he demanded cash as well to take car. He knew I had a flight soon and parking is £300+ on short stay. Rang operator… will be there in 5min. Couldn’t speak great English. Passed on to driver and said I want more cash. Awful human being.

Complained to the above company and they don’t care. Won’t give me correct contact details for them or other company.

Have a £300+ car parking charge at short stay now waiting for me but better than leaving with scammers.

And legal route via small complains as well as pushing this as much as possible.

Absolute scamming cowboys preying off the weaker that have no choice but to give ‘cash’ over.

They are a front for an illegal parking company currently under investigation. Do not touch with a barge pole !

Horrendous. Service I purchased said “professional” and “uniformed”. Instead, foreigners in tracksuits. I highly doubt the people who take your vehicle are properly insured. Hold you ransom for extra money in the car park when you obviously need to get going so you have no choice but to pay. If you don’t, you’re stranded and concerned as to what they’ll do to your vehicle when you’re away. Absolute thieves!!! Be surprised if I get my vehicle back when I arrive home…

Thanks to the helpful reviews & my suspicion that no details of the location of any of the options listed (Luton), I haven't used this company! Lucky escape it seems!

Very misleading pricing and poor customer service

I booked through CompareYourParking because the price appeared to be around £70. Only after completing the booking did I realise there were additional airport entry and exit charges, meaning the total cost would be around £96. At that price, I could have booked the official Stansted Airport parking for around £80.

I realised this within 5 minutes of booking and called immediately to cancel. My request was refused because the booking was within their 72-hour cancellation policy, so there was no way to get a refund, despite the service not having been provided.

I also asked basic questions for peace of mind, such as:

Who will be collecting my car?
Will they have any identification?
Where exactly will my car be parked?

I didn't receive clear answers to any of these questions. As a customer, you're expected to hand over your car keys without knowing who is taking your vehicle or where it will be stored, which left me feeling very uncomfortable.

Based on my experience, the pricing was not transparent and the customer service was disappointing. I would not use this company again.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this parking service booked through Compare Your Parking.

The instructions clearly stated that I should call 30–40 minutes before arriving at Bristol Airport, which I did. Despite following the instructions exactly, there was no driver waiting when I arrived. I ended up waiting around an hour before someone finally came to collect my car. It was so delayed that I nearly missed my flight. As time became critical, I was simply told to leave my ticket on the dashboard, park my car anywhere, and head to the airport.

Unfortunately, the same thing happened on my return. As soon as I landed back in the UK, I called the number provided as instructed. Once again, no driver turned up for around an hour, leaving me waiting unnecessarily after a long journey.

To make matters worse, when I finally got back into my car, I discovered that my dashcam had been unplugged. This raises serious concerns about what happened while my vehicle was in their care and has completely destroyed my trust in this company.

I have since called the company twice to ask why my dashcam had been unplugged. On both occasions, I was placed on hold and then the call was disconnected. The complete lack of customer service and accountability has only made this experience even more frustrating.

Overall, the service was unreliable, unprofessional, and incredibly stressful. I would never use this company again and would not recommend it to anyone, especially if you’re relying on them to get you to or from the airport on time.

Terrible hidden charges after made the booking stay away. Tgey added extra charges £10 when dropping the car and £10 when picking the car on top of the parking cost. Stay away from compare parking. Plus they charge you £20 admin fee even though i cancelled it straight away!!! Scam

They did not know our booking details on arrival or return. Wanted me to screenshot & send from airport. When i told him i don't know how due to my age, he took the mickey. When they eventually found details (15 mins) car took nearly 2 hours to deliver.
NEVER AGAIN

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Booked a drop and go service, got my booking confirmation for a different service which involved me dropping my car at a car park, and heavy airport levy fees which weren’t mentioned in the original booking. Then charged me £15 to cancel, I haven’t had any refund back yet, they’ve took all my money and cancelled the booking. They don’t reply to email and the phone line is ALWAYS engaged. I have reported them to my credit card provider so hopefully have some luck there.

Avoid!!! They’re promoting illegal business, they pretend they are 5 star review but are actually 1 star on trust pilot. It’s a con!! Awful custom service, I made a mistake on booking, ignore their website reviews and check Trustpilot. I asked for refund 3minutes after booking and they refused. Admittedly I was booking within their 48hr no refund period but I was hoping for a little decency. Absolutely not. Avoid avoid avoid. I hope you read this and don’t get conned like I did. I hope they refund but doubt they will. Shocking how they’re trading and getting away with it.

Confirmation email included directions to incorrect drop off location at Luton airport resulting in me getting a £15 parking ticket to exit car park to where I was directed and then having to spend valuable time phoning 'customer service' to get correct drop off location (first one did not know what i was on about....) resulting in me getting very stressed about missing my flight due to their inability to provide accurate information. My complaint to Compare your parking was cast aside as they are only a 'comparison website' leaving me still trying to obtain recompense for their mistakes. Do not use!

Having contacted the company to say my car was returned to me in a filthy condition, I have yet to receive any satisfactory resolution or reply. My car has obviously been used a work horse transporting drivers between airport and car park. A dreadful experience that I do not wish to repeat. Shameful company!!!

They changed the parking Co from Bee Parking along with the drop off point (which was located much further away from the airport in some country park car park!) and did not inform me until the day before travel. This meant i was within the 48hrs cancellation time and they refused to refund me despite breaking the contract terms. I am in touch with IPA and Trading standards. Absolute con artists, please do not use.

The advertised price initially looked reasonable, but when it came to finalising the booking, the pricing was not transparent. The amount shown at the start was different from the total cost once the details for both the outbound and return journeys were included.

This made the whole process feel misleading and frustrating. Customers should be able to see the full and accurate price upfront, without unexpected changes appearing later in the booking process. What appeared to be a good deal at first ended up costing more than expected.

I would not recommend this service based on my experience and would advise others to carefully check all charges before completing a booking.

Do not be fooled by their slick website or fake promises.

Their website claims: "At Compare Your Parking you'll find a complete overview and price comparison of all independent car parks. Search & book your parking space with no fuss, at the best rate..."

This is the biggest load of nonsense I have ever encountered.

I rushed to book parking for Luton Airport through them. When I paused during checkout, a rep popped up offering me a "discount" to entice me to finalise the booking. Only after booking and reading the fine print did I discover the reality:

The "parking lot" was a dodgy backstreet location in Luton.

They sneaked in hidden fees—an extra £10 drop-off charge AND another £10 collection charge.

When I immediately contacted customer support to cancel this absolute farce, they had the nerve to demand a £20 "cancellation fee" just to give me my money back.

This company is a total rip-off. It’s no surprise that similar airport parking comparison setups are being investigated by consumer watchdog groups.

Avoid Compare Your Parking at all costs. They are complete con merchants and have no business operating. Save yourself the stress, the hidden fees, and the headache—book directly with official airport parking instead!

Very disappointing and unacceptable experience with SC Parking Limited’s /
Prime Meet & Greet .Meet & Greet service at Stansted Airport. I left my car with them from 18 to 20 July 2026. When it was returned, my Armani perfume was missing from the glove compartment.

The perfume was definitely inside the car when I handed it over. I have raised a complaint and requested an urgent investigation. Customers should be able to trust that their vehicles and belongings are safe while in the company’s care.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company

I booked a Meet & Greet service at Stansted Airport through Compare Your Parking, operated by SC Parking Limited (July 18–22). It was an absolute nightmare from start to finish.

When I arrived back at 2:30 AM, expecting my car at the terminal, I instead received a call from their staff saying my vehicle had "broken down." They sent someone to pick us up from the airport, but instead of helping, this staff member drove us to an off-site location, dumped us next to my broken-down car in the middle of the night, told me to "call breakdown cover," and just drove off.

When I inspected my car, it was clear it had been abused while in their care:

Mechanical Damage: The clutch was completely destroyed and undriveable. The car was in perfect working order when I dropped it off.

Joyriding / Misuse: The trip mileage counter had been deliberately reset to 0, which is a clear attempt to hide how far they drove it.

Unprofessionalism: The driver’s seat was left completely laid back, making it obvious someone had been lounging or sleeping in my vehicle.

This company has zero respect for your property and absolutely no duty of care for their customers. I was left stranded in the early hours of the morning with a broken vehicle because of their staff's aggressive driving and negligence. I am now pursuing them for the cost of a full clutch replacement and recovery fees.
Manage to speak with them one time, the cut the line and disappeared
Do not trust SC Parking Limited with your vehicle.

If I could give zero I would, absolute Dog 💩 fake company.
Avoid at all costs , stole £75 off me for doing nothing under Provider IMG PARKING LUTON AIRPORT, BURR Street parking.
