I received no response to the 3 or 4 emails I have sent. You cannot get in touch with them via phone either. It might seem like a good deal at the time of booking but buyer beware!

Booked meet and greet at Leeds & Bradford (andvertised as a premium service) and paid in advance. On setting off they cancelled without any apology or advanced notice to enable alternative arrangements. I would avoid using this company for this airport as they were unapologetic and provided dreadful service.

My husband was online booking a completely different Airport Car Park. When the phone rang he answered and an Asian girl knew he was booking a car park and said if he did it over the phone she would offer a discount she said she had all his details but just needed the payment. When we received the conformation email it was a totally different car parking company and was much further away from Heathrow. We have tried to cancel this booking 5 times but they do not answer emails and the Asian telephone operator refuses to cancel bookings. Beware

Swift Meet & greet Stansted were awful
Swift Meet & greet Stansted were awful. We waiting over 1 and a half hours for our car to be dropped off on arrival. Terrible customer service throughout.
Hidden Charges
When posting about a Silver Meet and Greet parking, it wasn't until I had paid that I was told that there is a £10 exit fee for the car park! Surely the cost of the car park is included in paying for parking. Utterly ridiculous and should have been communicated.
Absolutely shocking service DO NOT USE!
Absolutely shocking service, when picking up the vehicle we were left waiting for over 20 minutes, it was only after I checked the app for my vehicle that we realised that it had been parked in a space and my key had been left on the front wheel which was not specified.
After entering the vehicle I noticed that all the settings in my vehicle had been changed or adjusted, favourites on the radio stations, tempreature settings mirrors even the interior lighting, and also locked.my personal profile after to many failed attempts on the pin keypad that is not needed to drive or operate the vehicle.
Now after a week of being at home I've received a penalty notice that the parking for the vehicle has not been paid at the holding area that you had provided as a service, I will be appealing this immediately and will possibly be looking at taking legal action if not amended in a timely manner.

Not in the same league as the other car parking companies. Customer service was shocking. I cancelled because the service was awful 2 weeks before I’m due to go away, so didn’t want to risk it.

Absolutely awful experience. Firstly they don't mention you pay your own drop off charges. Then the email doesn't come and you have to call them to confirm if you even have a booking. Then you arrive and despite them having your flight details they take 40min to being the car. 40!!! Because the car is parked very far away. It is a pain to get through to them and when you do...they don't speak English!! Awful service.. never again

Awful. I double booked by mistake, paid twice, they have charged me £20 because i didnt tick cancellation box, i called within the hour.They dont tell you about the hidden £13 ew until the end of the process. I inadvertently put the wrong drop off date , Charged me £6 to amend, all in one morning. if you are an OAP like myself or a little tentative on a computer , dont use.
if it wasnt going to cost me more money I would cancel both bookings and use a customer friendly more honest company, I worry for the condition and care of the vehicles Money grabbing unhelpful company

Booked airport parking through Compare…
Booked airport parking through Compare Parking Deals / Swift Meet & Greet Stansted and unfortunately had a very poor experience both on departure and arrival.
I followed the instructions provided and called approximately 45 minutes before arriving at Stansted Airport. Despite this, no driver arrived. I repeatedly called the company while travelling with my wife and our 8-month-old baby and was repeatedly told the driver would arrive “soon,” however nobody came.
Because our flight was approaching departure time, I ended up having to leave my vehicle at the airport with the key hidden on the rear tyre without any proper handover process. This caused a huge amount of stress immediately before travelling internationally with an infant child.
The return experience was equally disappointing. After collecting our luggage and clearing customs, I called the number provided exactly as instructed. Numerous calls went unanswered for a long period while my family and baby were left waiting outside in cold weather conditions before the vehicle was eventually returned.
I have retained:
* booking confirmation,
* extensive call logs,
* timestamps,
* and photographs documenting the delays.
I would strongly advise anyone travelling with children or under time pressure to think carefully before using this service.

Awful experience. Don't do it.
I booked online, followed the directions, called when I was 30 mins from the airport, and when I arrived there was no one there to greet me and they were not answering the phone. I tried for 10 minutes to get through but I had to get to my flight so I had no choice but to park in the expensive short stay car park and run. It's a total scam, don't waste your time or money.

Was kept waiting over 2 & a half hours. Rang them over 40 times, told us to wait @ row H , so we did. Finally got a call from unknown caller told us car was @ row B. When we got to car the driver had gone , lucky used my loaf & checked the tyres where He left the key . This was in front of loads of people. I am disgusted, this company unreliable. Have rang since but they cut me off. Going to complain
