I’m sure this won’t be the first time you will read about this same experience. They sold me parking with an unlicensed provider. Upon arriving back to Luton, police had seized the car park, and lots of cars missing and have had crime commited using them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

We used this site for parking at Stansted airport. We used a company called PARK SPOT MEET & GREET only to find out that STANSTED AIRPORT themselves are trying to get the banned as they Re using their carparks illegally to pick up and drop off cars, Stansted airport have not authorised them as a company. We only found this out as our car was 50mins late getting to us despite multiple calls to the company and been told your car is on its way.
I'm absolutely shocked that a comparison site even entertain companies like this on there website. Be very careful when booking through this site.

Do not use. Lots of hidden charges. Allowing cowboys to scan people.

I booked Heathrow Meet & Greet parking through Compare Your Parking and was allocated Air Parq Ltd.

Unfortunately, the service was extremely poor. On our return to Heathrow, we followed the provider’s instructions and called from baggage claim at 19:50. Our car was not returned until 21:24 — a 94-minute wait.

We were travelling with a two-year-old and a five-year-old who desperately needed to get home to bed. Another customer who arrived after us received his vehicle before we did.

Our car was subsequently returned with rubbish inside, mud through both footwells and an unpleasant smell, requiring additional cleaning. We were also charged £8 at each end of the booking, which we do not believe was adequately disclosed when we booked.

I complained directly to the provider and requested reimbursement of £127.79. The response I received did not address my refund request.

I have now complained to Compare Your Parking and asked them to investigate the provider and explain what checks they undertake to ensure the companies advertised through their platform continue to provide an acceptable service.

I would personally not use Compare Your Parking again without independently checking the actual parking provider first.

I booked Meet and Greet through their nominated company Express Parking at Stansted Airport. I would avoid at all costs.
1) There is no company branding when you deliver your car so very unclear how the drop off works. Eventually you are approached by someone with no identification or paperwork and hand over your key (I should have known better).
2) Very late delivery of car when we returned to airport.
3) Wheel arches covered in mud so assumed parked on field.
4) Damage to nearside bumper.
5) Money (I use for shopping trolley) missing from centre console.

Been in UK for ages but nothing more better than saving time and effort using their services, highly recommended

Had a very good polite and smooth experience with this company. Travel on 27/07/2026 and return on 09/08/2026. Both dropping off and picking up experience was polite and smooth specifically when travelling with disabled mother. Waiting time was the major concern but it was good and accessible overall.

Shocking and do not use
The company do not respond to complainants and we were given the biggest cowboy meet and greet ever ,so much so we had a que of almost 20 cars behind us as the security wouldn’t let is through the barrier ,then some bloke came over on a scooter and asked us to follow him to the raddison hotel to drop of the car as they clearly were not authorised to allow cars into the car park .
We sent an email few weeks ago with zero response

I booked Stansted meet and greet parking through Compare Your Parking. The service was sold as Prime Meet & Greet and the provider shown on my confirmation was SC Parking Limited.

The drop-off and collection point was the Green Short Stay car park. I appreciate this may be a Stansted/third-party arrangement rather than the parking company’s fault, but it is listed as a 4 to 7 minute walk from the terminal and felt longer than that. It did not really feel like the convenient meet and greet service I have used at other London airports.

The drop-off and pick-up process itself was okay, although there was more of a wait after calling on our return. It also did not feel especially professional. There was no ticket or proper handover, just a man with no visible company identification or branded hi-vis who I handed my keys to.

The main issue was the condition of my car when it was returned. The driver’s footwell and pedals were covered in mud/dirt, and the outside lower door and sill area were also heavily marked with mud. This was not how the car was handed over. From the condition it came back in, it appears the car had been parked or moved through a very muddy area.

I will not be using this company again. It has also made me seriously reconsider using any third-party meet and greet parking service in future. I would rather use long stay parking, where at least I know where my car has been.

Well, well, well, just to summarise how it went through.
Some guy came to pick up my car with the coffee and croissant in his hand literally showing piece of it in his mouth with no paperwork just showing from his phone reservation paperwork with my car plate.
No pictures were taken.
On return, it took them one hour to come with my vehicle. However, the speakers were blown because of the angriness of the driver during pick up procedure.
There is no such scheme to complain to send an email or do anything else apart from phone number to speak with the Pakistani guy who is helpless…

Been In.UK as student for couple of years using this service through my journey, exceptional service highly recommended for time saving

Used their service for airport car park, highly satisfied, nothing more convincing and time saving than this one.

If i exclude a bit of waiting time, rest was fine, customer support handled my request in a professional manner. So overall my experience was good.

this is deliberately misleading. They lead you to believe you are booking with a large airport provider (it clearly says Heathrow Park and Ride which it isn't ) and only after you pay do you find out it's a small independent with a poor reputation. When you cancel they charge you £20. Avoid this site at all costs and book with a more transparent provider

Absolute disgusting scammers! Booked and then found out that they use an illegal site to dump my car so tried to cancel instantly and they said no due to being within 72 hours of travel (by 42 mins!!) Got my CC company to refund instead. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Excellent service and great value! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We were really impressed with Just Park & Ride at New Farm, Stansted Road. The price was significantly cheaper than other options, and everything was very clear and straightforward, especially regarding the levy charges.
The whole process was simple and easy. We called when we landed, but unfortunately had just missed a collection and had to wait around 20 minutes for the next bus — which, at 3am, felt like a little longer! 😂 However, the service was still very good and the process was hassle-free.
We were also worried that our flight being delayed by two hours might mean additional charges, but there was no issue at all, which was a huge relief.
Overall, we’re really happy with the service and the value for money. We would definitely use Just Park & Ride again and would happily recommend them to others flying from Stansted. 👍

I booked a parking and I wanted to cancell it as my car broke down the day prior to my trip. I tried to speak to customer service- OMG worst experience ever. Arrogance in a nutshell.
Whatever it cost ....people...avoid this company at all costs.

This website is a scam do not use. It doesn't let you know the name of the supplier until you book and then you find out your car will probably by damaged and you may not make the flight after reviewing the supplier. If you try to enter a email on their website it doesn't work. Scam, Scam, Scam do not use.

You do not show the provider of the parking (Park Pilot Ltd ) until you've booked as you know they are not a reputable service parking provider as per this BBC news article from 29th July 2026.

Cancellation fees: Providers can only charge a fee if cancellation terms were clearly stated and agreed to in advance which you do not. You only have the mandatory tick box to force users to agree to your T&C forcing a £20 charge when they try to cancel the booking.

You service is a scam, your company is a scam and I will be reviewing you as such.

Absolutely bizarre that after booking we were told to call a mobile number 30 minutes before arrival to arrange collection from the drop off site. You also had to pay for the airport charges to enter the drop off area when you arrived, it is not covered by the park and ride services. There were typos in the confirmation email and it felt deeply unprofessional. We did not feel like it would be safe to leave our car with them and therefore we tried to cancel the booking, feeling confident this would be possible to do since we had also paid for cancellation protection. We were very wrong!

It was absolutely awful - would not allow us to cancel the parking within an hour of booking. Customer service was rude and unhelpful. I will never use this again and I will actively tell other people to not use your service. It was the worst experience I've had for many years, I also think it is a con to call themselves a 'compare parkin' system when they're not actually comparing parking with other companies - they are a single company who are falsely advertising services.

Running a scam website they put your car in unsafe and uninsured location. Have reported to bank as well as report fraud. This should not be alowed
