My home/contents house insurance was up for renewal & my existing one had increased. I contacted Compare Home Insurance for a quotation & spoke to Hayley who was extremely helpful running through all the details like for like & found me a very competitive Insurance cover for our home. She was very thorough with all the details required & very polite whilst making this procedure so smooth with efficiency. I am so pleased with everything & can now relax knowing everything is in place for the new cover to commence on the set date.

I spoke to a wonderful advisor called Kim who quickly and efficiently saved me lots of money on my home insurance. She was quick but didn't rush me in any way, very helpful and explained any details I needed to know. Every customer facing company should have a Kim.

She was extremely knowledgeable and informative as she took time, not to sell me home insurance but to inform me about home insurance in a very unbiased and objective way. The more she explained, the more I was able to ask questions which we discussed and resolved to ensure that any 'Policy' I took out met mine and my homes requirements.
