Great customer service, I contacted them as my dog's lead had come unclipped and I no longer felt able to use it. I did not expect to get a replacement lead as I had not kept the receipt and was pleasantly surprised when they sent a new lead with an ultra strong clip.

Nice little harness bought for our whippets. Bought a small first to fit the puppy. It’s too wide for him across the chest and too baggy around the neck and is uncomfortable so he’ll stay in his crate for the time being. It does however fit our small female whippet and will be safer than our current arrangement. It is too small for our standard size older dog whippet and he is going to need a medium. It feels very sturdy and a bit stiff at the moment but hopefully the edges will soften with use. I like the way it attaches to the seat belt without a tether.

The muzzle I ordered arrived promptly and was good quality. Unfortunately it was too big for my dog so had to return it which was done with no problem and easily dealt with

I previously bought a car harness from a firm called easy dog. Very good harness but didn’t fit. They pick up the phone they talk to you. They answer emails next day. You should be able to do the same.
I received my car highness and I’ve sent emails and a contact note and haven’t heard back. I want to know whether I’m to send this one back for a refund with the trivago size but absolutely no response very unimpressed.

A fast service. Goods as described

I have been using Choachi training lines for 9 years, and only just purchased my third. The quality of their lines is superb. However, the material of my most recent purchase felt very different from the previous two lines. I left a comment via the company's website indicating I was disappointed in a perceived change of quality. Within one business day I received a response indicating there are two lines available, and the line I purchased this time was their waterproof version. This made complete sense, and I was relieved to know the original line is still available. This simple but considerate and timely response to my comment earned even more customer loyalty from me for Coachi training lines. I will definitely be sure to check out their other products as a result of this interaction and my experience with the quality of their training lines.

The Company of Animals not only sells great, quality products but also has AMAZING customer service. I had purchased a Baskerville Invisa muzzle and somehow managed to lose the scavenger guard on our first outing. My dog is a scavenger and would not otherwise need the muzzle. I contacted the company and explained the situation - I wanted to know if they had a replacement part. They responded immediately, and explained that they unfortunately do not sell the part, but replaced the muzzle free of charge. I received it two days later. This type of customer service is unfortunately unheard of these days. They are an upstanding company who truly cares about their customers. I am and will continue to be a loyal customer.

Product perfect and delivered on time

We got a Baskerville Ultra muzzle from the dog rescue centre we got our big six year old pocket bully from. We are training her to wear it so we can equip it on her when we are out and encounter lots of other dogs. Basically to give us confidence as she encounters other dogs. The Ultra Muzzle itself is great. strong and robust. It can be a bit tricky to drop treats into her mouth through it, but I found that holding the muzzle as I give her the treat makes it easier for us both. I followed the youTube examples of how to train you dog to wear a muzzle. These were useful, as well as advice from the dog rescue centre. Unfortunately the head strap on the Muzzle got damaged, my fault, but I contacted the team at Company Of Animals support and a very kind person promptly answered my questions and even sent me out a replacement strap. A very fast and professional support service. I'm happy with the product and super happy with the support I got too.

If your dog has a Cruciate LIgament Injury or any other mobility issues PLEASE PLEASE consider treatment from Danielle Everett at the Company of Animals, Ruxbury Farm Chertsey, Surrey, before attempting surgery. The Treatment has worked for our lovely boy Jerry, and it could for you too. Surgery is not always the answer. We are very pleased our vet recommended Danielle Everett.

The "halti" headcollar is a load of rubbish, it's not secure and dangerous.

World's leading a marketing ploy to see this cheap tat.

Avoid

Would give 0 stars of possible. Had purchased a product that was faulty from manufacturing and the company would not honor their own product. Very terrible customer service and would not support a company that can’t back their products especially considering the price of them.

Two muzzles both broken within two months, can't get any response from customer services. Steer well clear of this company.
