Ordered Judy Blue jeans on 1/24/2024. Realized on the same day it is being shipped from China. Judy Blue jeans are made in the USA or Canada. I sent a cancellation request on the same day and sent a couple of more was told that they already shipped and can't be cancelled. They were still seating in same location for almost 4 weeks in Hong Kong. Anyway, received. THEY ARE NOT Judy Blue jeans. I would have to paying shipping to return back to China!!!! Never again!!! Do not buy for these companies that cheat you!

I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering, usually I do because reviews are pretty accurate. These are knock off Judy blue jeans. Very cheaply made! I have all the same complaints as all the other ppl.

Do not buy from this company. They are selling all fake products. I ordered Judy Blue Jeans and they are pathetic. Still fighting to get me money back without paying for shipping to China.

SCAM!! I ordered Judy Blue jeans and received a handmade product from China. I am currently in the process of working with Paypal to refund my money, contacting Judy Blue to advise them of the fraudulent practices this company is doing and reporting to BBB. How many women purchase from this company believing the product they receive is the Judy Blue brand? Phone number listed for them is out of service. Email correspondence is always a different offer yet no full refund.

This company advertises brand names, they are not authentic brands and products are substandard. They ship from China, by the time you get the items, it will be past their 30 days return. They do not supply return labels anyway so they make you pay to return from China. Also operate under Premier Trust Store (LOL) Buyer Beware - this is a scam.

I’ve been emailing back and forth with them for 2 weeks trying to return my jeans. They sold them as a tall size and they are anything but tall. The button fell off as soon as I tried them. Certainly not worth even $40. At this point I still do not have a solid answer on how to return them. They assured me I got what I ordered, but they don’t fit!!
They have offered plenty of alternative solutions, but not a complete refund.
They will need to be sent back to China so the shipping will be expensive

I received my "Judy Blue Tummy Control Butt Lifting Jeans" from "Comfy Cargo Pants" today. And they are just regular pants, no stretch, no tummy control or "butt lifting" component at all. The quality of the material is rough and thin. The only tag on the jeans reads CG/L. There was no packing slip and the return address simply says "Seller, 2800 N Franklin Road, Indianapolis IN". Thank goodness I paid for my order through paypal where they are required to put their contact info which is listed as: Seller info: Shirts In Style, 800-400-0388. I sent them an email saying the quality of the jeans is poor and I want to return them and get a refund. I hope they respond.

If it had a choice of a don't buy I definitely would if chosen it total scam . bought Judy Blue jean and got trash horrible not even close to Judy Blue jeans . they offered 50 percent of my purchase in a gift card for their store .SERIOUSLY! $48.34 they took from me with their scam.DONT BUY ANYTHING

I wish I could give them a zero review. I finally receive my "Judy Blue Jeans" today, however, they are NOT jeans, and are NOT Judy Blue. I have pictures, and I have sent them to Comfycargopants.com. This website is a total rip off. They are based in China, which they never disclose. The "leggins" are of horrible quality and do not fit. I will not be returning, however, since I want nothing to do with this company ever again. Beware...

This site needs to be shut down. They are selling fake Judy Blue Jeans “on sale” for $40.00. I received a pair and the jeans are the cheapest jeans I’ve ever seen. They look nothing like the photo and on the ones I ordered they are lying by omitting “blue” in the description but they are using Judy blue images. This website needs to be taken down. I’m beyond frustrated, and disappointed. I wish I found these reviews before I ordered.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. It is a SCAM! I've gone round and round with them on trying to return something and the bottom line is their website is a pack of lies. They don't have a return policy, unless you only want 15% of your purchase $$ returned and then you have to return your item back to China on your own dime! Their website clearly states it has a return policy as I never buy anything that doesn't. Also, they did not ship me the product I ordered. It was some cheap Chinese imitation of the pair of jeans I wanted. The material was so flimsy you could almost see through it. I finally filed a dispute with my credit card company, but the amount of time I've spent on this is absurd. Moreover, it took a month and a half to receive the item I ordered. Please, save yourself a migraine and a half and RUN RUN RUN!

Wish I had seen these negative ads before I placed the order. Total scam. Not Judy Blue jeans! Cheap cheap cheap. Total crap. What a rip off. I gotta stop looking at this crap. I have contacted my credit card company to dispute it. The company goes round and round with me with no results. Thinks I am unhappy with the color. They are junk. I had no idea it was a cheap Chinese company! Buyer be ware!!!

Same as the rest. Scam. Don’t do it. Horrible quality. They were damp. Ewww. Not flattering. Wrong color and shoddy craftsmanship. Wish I would have checked reviews beforehand. The advertisement and website were really nice so I didn’t think twice.

I ordered the jeans in December 2023 and had the same expense the previous post. The jeans were a total knockoff and very poor quality. After several rounds of emails I was offered several options. I chose option 1- 20% refund. Did not realize this was a company in China until it was ordered. BUYER BEWARE!!!!’ This is a scam!!!!!!!!!

I order a pair of Judy Blue Jeans off this website paid 40.00 dollars. When I finally got them which took forever they were shipping from China (Red Flag). They were fake Judy Blues Jeans and the quality was poor.
I tried contacting them via email and kept getting the same email about how to get a refund. Never tried calling the number.
I did contact via email Federal Trade Commission filled out a form but never got responds from them.
I finally got a response from different people from the company about what my choices were for refund.
I chose to get 10 percent back (which is a joke) and keep the cheap jeans which I donated.
After all that they refund my 7.00 dollars but they turn around and charge my account for pos for 7 cents.
After all this I only wished I would have known about this website cause I see other buyers have had the same experience. The company needs to be shut down.

The phone number listed on their website is a non-working number. I want to return an item and they won’t respond.

I wish I could give 0 starts. Do NOT order from this company! I ordered 12 pair of pants for a dance group and we ordered according to size chart and they literally look like black lawn bags. They say they will respond to your email within 24 hours (not true) and you cannot reach them by phone. Once they finally did return an email, their offer was:
1.We are pleased to offer you a gift card equivalent to 50% of the product cost. This gift card can be used for any future purchases from our store, allowing you the flexibility to choose an item that better suits your needs. (I need to return 12 god awful pants and I don't want anything in return for 50% of the cost. Ridiculous.)
2.Alternatively, we can issue a 20% refund on your order, directly applied to the total cost of your purchase. Additionally, you may keep the product as our gift to you. You may consider giving it as a gift to your family or friends. (These pants are literally so hideous - I wish I could attach a picture for everyone to see - there is no way anyone would want these.)
3.If we want any more of a refund we have to ship (at our own cost) to China.
This company is impossible and no one should ever order anything from them.
