This is a terrible company do not buy from them they sent me a pair of pants that were supposed to be Judy Blues they are not they are false advertising the Sent me a pair of thrown together jeans terrible looking they had no tags I have sent them lots of emails do not buy from them the phone number doesn't work and they never answer your emails

If I could leave no stars, I would! They advertise good brands and great clothes, but it takes nearly 2 months to receive an absolutely AWFUL knock off that is so freaking cheap it feels like paper. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

Website inaccurately displays branded merchandise and phone number is “out of service”. Return address on package does not exist per Google Maps. Products are poor quality knockoffs that don’t even bother to look like the brand ordered. Despite sending them email explaining the problem, the return email asks why you want to return products and won’t give return authorization. Subsequent emails (three) have come from Premier Trust Store and are signed by three different “Customer Service Champions” with same return policy message asking why you want to return and warning that there is a 30 day from delivery date deadline which they appear to be determined to make you miss. Lesson Learned so BEWARE!!

Fake Jeans. Thin, poor stitching, poor quality, crooked pockets. It’s sad that this website comes up 4th when you search Judy Blue.

horrible experience. i went to buy their adjustable waist cargo pants. i ordered blue and black. the blue one came in first the the quality is HORRIBLE. the sizes are smaller than average meaning they're probably from asian factories. the material is almost paper-like to the touch, extremely cheap. the blue i received was much brighter and more blue than the gray-blue in the image. the black one hasn't even come in yet.

i tried to get a return/refund and all they said was they offered me 5% discount on my next purchase. ive been spamming their email to try and get a refund ever since. im contacting my bank right now to see if they can somehow get me my money back.

Please do not order from this company. It is a scam. I ordered back in November. When contacting them by email they stated my package was delivered and it was not! I’ve tried numerous times to contact them via email and phone. The phone number is not legit. I get the same email as everyone else repeating the same thing. They are a scam!

Do not order from this place. I never received the item I ordered on Dec 5. They said it was delivered. I never received it. I went back n forth exchanging emails w them which seemed like computer generated responses. They will not refund my money or do anything for that matter.

Well buyer beware. Wish I would’ve been smart enough to check these reviews prior to ordering. Actually didn’t realize I wasn’t on the Judy Blue site until confirmation email. Got the same cheap pair of no name garbage jeans as everyone else after 2 months from China. Requested a return label and refund but they ignored my request. Going to check with BBB.

Do not order from comfy cargo pants ! I ordered a pair of Judy blue jeans . They are nothing I would ever put on . They’re so ugly ,not Judy Blues, cheap and poor quality. Their website needs to be taken down . I’m reporting them as fraud to my bank . Number is disconnected and they don’t respond to e mails . Something needs to be done about them . I’m hope they rot in prison !!!!!

Scammed. Took a month to get a poor quality pant. Definitely not Judy Blue!
Trying to get a refund but know it probably won’t happen. Lesson learned not to shop on unreliable websites:(

Same story as everyone else. Emailed 10 times and keep getting a generic robo email every time. Last email offered a 5% discount.
I just disputed the charge with my credit card. Really hoping they refund my money.

Do not purchase from them. They do not sell Judy Blue jeans. You will get a generic low quality product that “they stand behind” and will not offer a refund or return but 5% off your next purchase. I wish I had seen these reviews before I lost money to them.

I give this 0 stars. FAKES!! SCAM! Not authentic Judy Blue jeans. Paid almost $50. I had to send numerous emails for status of product. Took over a month to get them. Yesterday recd & not authentic. Cheaply made and def not figure flattering !! FRAUD FRAUD!! SCAM

Same story here. I ordered a pair of what was supposed to be Judy Blues December 3rd for a Christmas present. Didn't arrive until today, January 4th. The shipping label says they shipped from Illinois but the tracking says they started out in China. These are so cheaply made it is ridiculous. Poorly sewn, threads hanging off, poor material and no tags on them whatsoever. This place is a big scam. I paid $40 plus shipping thinking I was getting a great deal but just got scammed. Don't waste your money, you will be severely disappointed.

Ordered on cyber Monday and still not here. Tracking updates kept giving same message. Place is a joke. Learned my lesson. Do not order from here!!

Same story as everyone else. Ordered what they advertised as Judy Blue” jeans and it took almost a month to get them. Every pair was damp and mildewy like they died the cheap fabric and bagged them before they were even dried. The quality is so inferior it’s ridiculous! Spent the last month getting run around from their “customer service” via email. Waiting on PayPal to resolve my dispute. Going to report them to TX and US AG and US Postal for false advertising, and mail fraud. Do NOT waste your money on this scam site!
