scam company,ordered the same size 2 pair of pants, got 2 different sizes one terriblecondition like someone stitched in the basement, nothing like a picture....can't get hold of enyone... sent bunch of emails, no response

Please read the reviews before making a purchase…I have a PayPal case open it’s a struggle to get your money back because they will respond back in a email but it’s the same email over and over again

PLEASE DO NOT Order from this site!! I never even received my package. When I disputed this with them, I got conflicting emails. Comfy Cargo Pants telling me my package was delivered and their shipping company telling me it was LOST IN TRANSIT !!
I have put is a Claim Dispute with my bank!

Fake selling fraudulent judy blue pants. Reported to credit card company and BBB as well as the Federal Trade Comminsion.

This is the most ignorant company I've ever had to deal with. Their quality of clothing is very poor and cannot seem to get a refund on over 150.00 worth of the cheapest quality of jeans you could imagine!! Do not ever order from here!!! I've been messaging customer service and sending pictures and cannot get anywhere with these people. All I want to do is return the clothing in original form for money back!!! No response!!! Poor quality...lies lies Do not shop here!!! My loss and yours to if you shop here

If I could rate no stars, I would. The jeans I ordered were nothing like what was pictured or described on the site. I only ordered because the site said returns for full refund within 30 days. However, it took 3 weeks or more to ship. By the time I got them I had small return window to send them back. Emailed them multiple times just to get a response of nonsense that had nothing to do with returning my item. Wouldn't even acknowledge my return. I called the number on the site to talk to customer service. What a joke that was. The number was not in-service. SCAM. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ON THIS SITE. WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. I wish there was a way to report this site.

Same experience as others. This company is selling counterfeit product and I thought at the very least that when I disputed it with my credit card company (US Bank Visa) that they would back me up. I sent them complete email thread from CCP along with photos actual Judy Blue jeans as well the crap ones I received. No dice. USBank sided not with their loyal customer of 20 years but with Comfy Cargo Pants. Hmmmm…Comfy Cargo Pants initials are CCP. Just a coincidence, I’m sure😉. Anyhoo, USBank just lost a valued customer who pays her bills every month.

Wish I would have read these reviews before I ordered from them . Complete fraud , cheap made jeans that were not Judy Blue . Reeked of mildew too . Have to pay to return them , do not buy from them .

Less than zero stars,currently filing a complaint with BBB. They stole more than $70 from me. Capital One also did not back me up.
They mailed me pants that were not Judy Blue,as advertised. The pants were $49. They came without any packaging details,nor any tags. The size was wrong and they were CLEARLY poorly made. Then, they asked me to mail them back. I had to pay over $32 to mail them back to CHINA. I still have received zero info from this company, COMFYCARGOPANTS.

Please don't find out the way I did that this is a rip off and not a legit business.

It’s fraud! Fake pants and they won’t let me do a return. I have been writing for a week and there is no answer. They are using Judy Blue adds and send fake, crappy material, ill fitting knockoffs.

Yep, I was duped as well from another company from China. Fake Judy blues. And now they keep telling me they will refund me once I return the fake jeans to China at my expense. Wish I had seen the other comments before I made my purchase. I’m expecting PayPal to fix this issue. And they keep asking me to remove my claim from PayPal. They’re ridiculous.

This company is a scam. They have VERY POOR customer services. They falsely advertised their product as Judy Blue jeans. They are NOT a TRUE JUDY BLUE JEAN. The workmanship and material are INFERIOR in every way when compared to a true Judy Blue Jean. I initiated a complaint with PayPal, but aside from an automated email, with all cost that I will incur in order to ship them back to China. The company has been silent. The company that did the billing for Comfy Cargo Pants is called Shirts In Style. I have never shopped with Shirts In Style, but it’s their company that makes all final decisions regarding a refund. I shout from the roof tops, RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS FAST AS YOU CAN. They are a rip off company. My prayer is PayPal will hold them accountable for false advertisement, of their merchandise, because that should be a crime.

This company has been reported to the Better Business Bureau and is under investigation. I was fully refunded through my American Express protection policy even though the charge was made last month and auto paid. The items orders have not been received and generic email responses only. There is not answer to the phone number listed.

If I could give zero I would. This company is fraudulent. I ordered Judy Blue jeans and got poorly crafted junk jeans instead. The photos they use are stolen from legit sites. I emailed 3 times to start a return and have yet to get a response. My advice stay as far away as you can from this company. They steal your money and won't respond to any communication. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

This is a scam company. Do not buy from them. The pictures are completely different from the actual product. I received very poorly made pants with a zipper that doesn't work. They don't fit well, not to mention I ordered burgundy color and got brown. Worst of all, the pants come from China.. so they're probably made in sweatshops.

30 + day delivery, Crappy material. They would not accept a return stating it had been over 30 days. What a joke. I showed them proof of delivery and emailed them to return on the same day as delivery. Pants are made so thin, and they are really short. You have to take pictures and then they give you 20% back. They are too expensive to ship back to china. Please close this business down. The three women on TikTok that I thought owned a boutique should be ashamed of scaming us.

I never ordered this product. I was scammed, bait and switch.

They use stolen videos and photos from real boutiques which is a huge red flag. Additionally, Judy Blue has a minimum selling price that they're also not following. Definitely a scam.

I am in total agreement with all the reviews here!! The worst scam company! Terrible jeans quality!My experience is the same- little or no communication and when there is some - no resolution!! No refunds ever! DO NOT BUY!!!!
