Seller sells counterfeit items. I purchased a pair of Judy Blue jeans but that is not what I received. Do not purchase anything from this China based seller.

These pants fit so well, and usually baggy cargo pants look terrible on me. I'm 5'5 and 120 pounds. I actually don't know why I had a good experience but everyone else left 1star reviews. The shipping took forever, over a month, but I'm satisfied with the fit. These slap.

I wish i found this site prior to ordering! I ordered what I thought was a pair of Judy Blue jeans back in August. They finally arrived yesterday (9/16/24) and are made more cheaply than dollar store doll clothes. Absolutely awful, complete trash! Loose threads, the worst feeling, no stretch material (can’t even call it jean), and not a single tag labeling these Judy Blue. In fact the only tag on them is a tiny tag stating the size. Thankfully I ordered through PayPal. Currently working to get my money back from this scam.

I ordered a pair of what I thought were Judy Blue jeans. I paid for expedited shipping. It took two weeks for the pants to arrive. They were tiny, but that wasn’t the biggest problem. They were NOT Judy Blues. There was not a tag in them anywhere. Nothing to indicate brand, size, washing instructions. The quality was so subpar that I was embarrassed to have paid almost $80 for these pants that I am certain cost $10 to manufacture. This company is such a scam. Save yourself time and money and do not purchase from them.

They are a scam. Selling products that are not sized accurately and forcing a return to China for an exuberant amount.

Not what I ordered AT ALL! these are cheap knock offs, and shipping took very long; customer service takes days to respond.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! they also have other companies marketed under different names so please research. I ordered 2 pair of jeans marketed as "judy blue" brand and omg!! Fake, fake, cheap a** fake!! Not even close!! Can't return unless I wanna get stuck paying an inflated rate to ship to their returns dept in CCHINA which they stated had JUST been moved there! And im sure not taking 20% store credit!!!! Just got through winning my case against them through paypal and paypal refunded my money, thank goodness. But please ppl DO. NOT. BUY.

Save your money! This company is fraud and they do not sale true Judy Blue jeans. They refuse to refund my money.

Like all of the other disappointed/furious reviewers here, we also wholeheartedly urge anyone considering to buy anything from Comfy Cargo Pants, to stay away. We actually researched them to make sure they're not another drop shipper from China, but they have a nice-sounding story about their founder and zero mention of where their products come from. We ordered black cargo pants which took forever to arrive (several weeks) because they had to be flown from China, and were several sizes too big and the quality of the fabric was pretty crappy. One thing they do very well is spam you with non stop marketing emails once they have yours in their system.

Not going to bother returning these pants, based on what everyone here has been saying. But please DO NOT SHOP with them, they are a total fraud. We saw the same photos of the cargo pants on another company's Amazon store, so it's unclear who's stealing whose photos, or whether it's the same scammer putting up multiple storefronts under different company names.

Do not buy from this company. They advertise Judy Blue pants. These do not have a tag. Do not have tummy control or anything else that the website states. They ship from China and the only was to get a full refund is to ship back to China and you would loose more shipping them back. Do not buy from them. Buyer beware.

Do NOT order from this company. I wish I had researched before purchasing from them. They are a fraud. They advertise Judy Blue Jeans but they send you a no name, no label item that is substandard. They only offer you a refund of 15% or store credit of 25%, as if anyone would want to ever purchase from them again. I will be notifying the actual Judy Blue company of this website and I am hopeful this fraudulent company will be dealt with properly so that they can’t steal from anyone else.

The worst experience I ever had ordering online! DO NOT order from this company! I had read they ensure customer satisfaction, no they don’t. They don’t accept returns even when the product they sent was defective. I ordered “Judy Blue” Jean shorts, they sent cheap jean shorts, poor quality, no button at waist to close. They offered to give me credit to buy something else. No thanks the products are junk. I was told they just relocated their warehouse to China this past month, another lie. I ended up getting 20% back in the purchase price and told I keep your product which is total crap!!!

I ordered a pair of red plaid cargo pants that had a zippered pocket. When I received them they were way too small and looked like they would fit a girl not a woman. They also had a weird embroidered flap with holes and no pocket. I emailed them to return them because their return policy said they will accept returns if it was due to their error. I received email responses back not acknowledging that they sent the wrong item. They asked for pictures and I sent them multiple pictures. They would only refund me if I returned the pants to China at my own expense. If I didn't want to do that I could keep the pants and they would give me a partial refund or store credit but those options did not work for me because I received the wrong item. So more emails were sent back and forth and I called and left messages on their voicemail but no call back. I filed a PayPal dispute and I received an email from comfycargopants.com asking me to drop the PayPal dispute because they said I never contacted them about the issue and they sent me the correct item. I also received an email from another person in the company saying they reviewed my claim and were willing to send me another pair of pants. I refused to drop the claim and I also refused to get another pair of pants because they are not a trustworthy company and I bought another pair of pants already for the event I needed them for. Please do not buy from this company because they will send you the wrong item and then give you the runaround when you try to resolve it. Fortunately PayPal decided in my favor and I am getting my money returned. If it wasn't for PayPal I probably would still be fighting the issue with them and most likely would never have received my money back.

Can I give 0 stars? I ordered 3 different pairs of advertised "Judy Blue" jeans and received very poor quality knock off products instead. They literally didn't even bother having fake tags that say judy blue on them. For a refund I was offered 20% of my money back but can "keep the pants as a gift" because shipping back to China is costly (despite not receiving what I thought I was ordering) If anyone knows real Judy Blue, they are really nice quality, thick material and stretchy. I have purchased $15 jeggings off of amazon that are nicer than what I received.

It also took over a month to receive the package just as an FYI.

OMG, I wish I would have read the reviews, because I would have never ordered them, I got all the wrong colors, I received Grey instead of brown, black instead of Pink, The number is out of service, no invoice with the order.

Not only are the jeans NOT what they advertised (Judy Blue), I have tried emailing (per their return policy) and the email is returned as not deliverable; I tried the phone number given as well as one somebody listed below--both numbers "not in service". I will never order from this company and will share with anyone I know. (and they have the nerve to keep emailing me with "special offers")

They advertised name brand jeans (Judy Blues) and sent me no name Chinese-made jeans that smell terrible,then refused to give me a US return address and wanted to give me only a 20% refund and they'd let me keep the cheap pants. Dishonest company, doesn't accept returns. Said to return them, I'd have to ship to their China location (for a lot of money)What??? They didn't provide an actual address and it would probably have been a fake address. Very dishonest company! Do not buy from them!!

Received my jeans today and they look like something found on the side of the road. Ugly ugly ugly!!! Cheap looking and un hemmed at the ankle. Very disappointed!! Will return for a refund! Nothing like the pictures!!
