There should be a zero star option. Cheap thin pants that I would be embarrassed to donate to charity. Not name brand anything. You can’t return unless you want to ship back to China at your own expense. Lesson learned

This company is blatantly scamming customers. I ordered some cargo pants and they sent me the same color but not one pocket on the pant. They sent me a child's size pant and had the audacity to ask me to send them back at my expense. I don't think so! The worse part is they continue to post and send me notifications of the pants I did not receive. This was my first and only order but they again had the nerve to offer me a credit. Hell No! This is an international company so the shipping may cost more than the item. Find another store...you were warned.

This company will keep stringing you along with canned emails deferring their responsibility to pay for shipping and returns, despite their website clearly stating they will pay for the return shipping in cases where the error is theirs (which it obviously is when they don't send what you order). I advise anyone dealing with them to keep the emails and submit them to your credit card company when filing a dispute, which you should do immediately. I can tell they are trying to string me along with unhelpful emails running in circles just so I leave the return window timeframe, but I refuse to pay for shipping these cheap pants back to China myself and won't accept the measly 20% refund they're offering. Even applying that to the "sale" price of the brand pants that I ordered, these items are not worth it.

I wish I'd seen these reviews before purchasing, but when I initially googled the company only positive reviews popped up! Like many others, I ordered 3 pairs of Judy Blue jeans. I received three pairs of unmarked, cheap knock-offs with flimsy buttons, zippers, and and stitching that was already falling apart upon opening the bag. When I reached out to the company demanding a refund, they generously offered me 20% back, or else a 50% store credit (honestly who would do that upon receiving what's obviously a fake product?!) or else I can pay the return shipping to their warehouse in China, even though they're "based in the US and Canada." I am disputing this transaction with my bank right now and am hoping for a full refund as this company is obviously a front for cheap Chinese junk.

I ordered what was supposed to be Judy Blue jeans in drk wash. Not only did they loose them but they replaced them with pants that smelled sour and moldy nothing to do with what I ordered wrong size. Do Nit buy from them. Tried to get my money back with no satisfaction I hope they are shit down and sued .

Total scam. Bait and switch. Thought I was ordering Judy Blues, ended up with cheap knock off jeans. Wish I saw these reviews before I ordered.

I agree with the previous review. I ordered 2 pairs of Judy Blue Jeans and over a month later received the worst jeans ever. They didn't even try to make them look like Judy Blue. Good luck trying to get them returned. STAY AWAY!

If I could put no stars I would. I would warn people to avoid ordering from this company. They advertise name brand products such as Judy Blue jeans but what you will receive is jeans with poor stitching, sizing off, poor quality and not the brand ordered.it is a total scam.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I have emailed them five times to resolve an issue and they keep ignoring my emails. Do not purchase from this company unless you want a lot of problems and frustration.

I ordered two pairs os skinny jeans for plus size women. Picture of jeans showed plus size models, but jeans showed in pictures were not was received. I spent $72 for 2 pairs of jeans. They took 1 month to arrive. Package said it was from New York. When you ask for refund and want to return they give you an address in China. It was going to cost $60 to ship with a tracking number as they requested. I guess I wasted $72. Please beware. Never in my life have I been ripped off like this before.

I placed an order for RED, PARACHUTE, DRAWSTRING CARGO PANTS. IM STULL WAITING, IT HAS BEEN 3 MONTHS. THE FIRST ORDER, FOR THE SAME ITEM ARRIVED AFTSR 2 MO. THE ONLY THING THEY GOT RIGHT WAS THE COLOR. THE PANTS DESIGN I RECEIVED WAS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. NO TAGS, WHICH IS AGAINST THE LAW. NO PACKING SLIP OR RECEIPT. WITH THE FIRST ORDER, IN JULY, AFTER I COMPLAINED TO ZENDESK, I WAS TOLD TO GIVE THEM TO A FRIEND. I SENT A PHOTO OF THE PANTS I ORDERED AND THE UGLY ONES I RECEIVED. IM SO DISAPPOINTED. I USED A RETURN ADDRESS ON THE PKG, AND THE POST OFFICE TOLD ME THERE WAS NO SUCH ADDRESS. I DID A SEARCH ON THE ADDRESS, AND I CALLED THAT #. A REP TOLD NE THEY WERE A STIRAGE CO. AND THEY NEVER SENT ME A PKG. HE SAID OTHERS CALLED HIM WITH THE SAME COMPLAINT. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM

This company scams you out of your money. They ship you sub-par clothing that isn’t the right size, then the only way to return is by contacting them directly, but they never reply.

Do not order from this place! It is a total scam. They advertised Judy Bloom jeans, which I paid 50 bucks for. When they came several weeks later, they were not even legitimately something you would find at Walmart. The quality was so so bad. And they were not Judy Bloom at all. When I asked to send them back to get a refund, they said I would have to mail them on my own back to get the refund. And that would mean sending them back to China, which would’ve cost almost $30. This place is a scam absolutely.

I just put a 1 star because my Camo pants did come yet but how long will it come? I order it last Thursday

Scam. Not even a knock off, just trash. And they weren’t even cheaper than a regular boutique. So I’m out $50 with a pair of tissue paper looking pants that were supposed to be name brand. T

I wish I'd come here first before placing my order but unfortunately in a sleep induced haze I purchased a pair of black Judy Blue jeans. Or at least what I thought were Judy Blue jeans. As soon as I realized my 2am error I tried to cancel only to have them tell me that I couldn't because it had already been processed and shipped. Yeah right, 6 weeks and multiple attempts at cancellation later imagine my shock when a pair of black jeans arrived on my door step. But they couldn't possibly be my order could they? There was no packing slip, no receipt, no mention of "Comfy Cargo Pants" on the packaging and surprise surprise: no Judy Blue tag on the "jeans". They didn't even attempt to make these look like a knock off. They just sent the cheapest crap they could mass produce and took my $$. These "jeans" are so thin that they can't possibly be denim, they have white stitching, the thread is so cheap that the belt loop ripped off when I tried them on. They are absolute garbage. Please, save yourself the headache and run as far away as possible from this company. It's a complete scam!

Not an authorized seller of Judy Blue so pants are not authentic. Scam! Don't buy! Beware! Charging Judy Blue price for knock off crap!
