Vandaag de Comfey schoenen ontvangen en ze zitten goed, lopen lekker. Heb wel geduld na het bestellen, de schoenen kwamen na 3 weken. En ze vallen klein uit, ik heb maat 38 en had 39 besteld. Deze maat zit dus goed.

In December 2024, I bought a Samsung Flip 6, and it came with a free pair of headphones as a gift. I was offered an extended warranty policy that promised a guaranteed 75% refund of the item's cost in case of any breakdown.

My phone broke, but they didn't refund 75% of the amount I actually paid for the phone! Instead, they deducted the cost of the 'FREE GIFT' from the total price of the phone and calculated the 75% based on that completely different amount! That's unfair! That means it wasn't a gift at all!

vreselijk, eerst zijn ze gewoon te klein oke prima kan gebeuren. Wil ik ze terug sturen moet ik eerst een vage mail sturen naar een emailadress. je moet de eigen verzendkosten betalen nou een retourt pakketje sturen naar china kost dus gewoon blijkbaar 22 euro(ik heb 47 euro betaald) en als je de verzendkosten niet wilt betalen kan je ze houden en krijg je 20 procent terug oftewel ik kan 8,80 terug krijgen voor schoenen die ik niet pas. MENSEN BESTEL HIER NIET. HET IS EEN DIKKE SCAM.

This website must be banned from advertising its wares in Australia. The products it sells are nothing like those advertised. I purchased the Black Figurine Cat Head which the website stated clearly was made from polished stone. What was supplied was a shoddy, badly painted plastic child's toy. On requesting a refund Comfyau would not agree to any more than refunding 30% of the almost AU$90 paid for the order!!!!!
Avoid this scam online business that I would trust will be shut down soon!!!

Poor quality product not matching advertised images.
Wrong sizing and material advertised a cashmere was cotton drill. Printed neck and cuffs.
Absolute rubbish.
For a refund return you have to ship to China at your cost - chance of a refund zero!
Avoid this site at all costs.

I purchased a pair of sandals on 18.10.25 $86.38
order no.3178. 2 right feet arrived. I have been trying to return them ever since, I found an address when they were delivered and posted the sandals off to that address, only having the parcel returned to me today saying no such address

I brought the marble cat head. It looks nothing like the picture they show on the internet. IT IS FAKE. It's ugly, disgusting and horrible. They ought to be a shamed of them selves charging nearly $70 for something worth $5 and that is being generous. Never again, will never buy another thing on line. 100% disappointed and scammed. Finally got back 50% of what was paid.

Advertised a stone cat sculpture, the photo was stunning and I couldn't resist. Received some sort of wood/plastic thing, half the size of what I thought it would be, hand painted in a very pre-school aged style. I threw it straight in the bin.

Чайник пропрацював рівно два місяці, але хоча б замінили на новий. Головний мінус в тому, що відразу не попередили, що саме ці чайники повертаються на магазин з вірогідністю 75%

Відправили електрочайник в пошкодженій упаковці, і довго чекала обміну на новий товар.

Never delivered product ordered 11/26/2024. Company also dba In Style Sandals and dba Premier Trust Store. Ordered using PayPal for first time order and possible duplicitous websites. Premier Trust Store responded with same form letter four times promising product. PayPal, after investigation, credited today.

В таком случае невозможно проверить ее работоспособность и отсутствие брака. Когда проверяешь товар дома и обнаруживаешь проблему, магазин не идет навстречу: отказывает в обмене товара, ссылаясь на то, что покупатель должен был проверить все в магазине. Будьте внимательны, когда покупаете товар в comfy и всегда проверяйте товар при покупке.

Laarzen besteld, veel te klein. Slechte kwaliteit, stinken vreselijk. En je kan niet retourneren. Bestel hier niet!

Verschrikkelijk bedrijf. Doen alsof ze kwaliteit leveren. Gewoon goedkope zooi van ali express. Terugsturen is onmogelijk heb wel 10 mailtjes verstuurd en nog sturen ze geen retourformulier. Laarzen zijn voor kleine chinese voetjes. Ze begrijpen er zogenaamd niets van en doen alsof ze goede kwaliteit leveren. 4 x zo duur als ali express

Ранее купил технику пылесос Samsung, который спустя время перестал работать.
Я обратился в Comfy по гарантии и оставил пылесос на гарантийный ремонт 18 мая 2022.
Сейчас 26 августа и до сих пор у меня нет понимания, когда пылесос будет отремонтирован и возвращён. Мне не могут предоставить ни сроки ремонта, ни текущий статус ремонта, ни возврат средств.
Все обязательства перекладывают на Samsung, мол мы тут ни при чем это все самсунг.
А другой железный аргумент - это война, при каждом моем обращении в поддержку, спустя пару ответов, говорят про войну в стране и что из-за этого все беды.
Обращался около 5-7 раз, информации так и не получил.
Магазин не выполняет свои гарантийные обязательства! Перед тем, как что-то покупать подумайте готовы ли потерять свою технику, так как в случае проблем, вы можете про неё забыть.
