Have ordered this particular light many times - as the light fails after a period of time but at the price I just replace .
This is the first time from this supplier and the delivery is slow and when I phoned there was no reply!
I just hope I finally get the light?

Cheapest price I could find on line for the light fitting I purchased. However the website stated that the light fitting and bulbs I ordered were in stock. After waiting a few days for the order to be dispatched I phoned the store only to find out that the items were not in stock and they were waiting for them to come from the supplier. Had I known that this was the case I would have ordered from somewhere else. Best check with Comet Lighting before ordering if you want a quick delivery.

DO NOT BUY from this store
I bought a light from cometlighting it arrived in 2 pieces of boxes taped together in the middle with little tape to support the 23 kg chandelier and box was also damaged outside and inside I had to return it because it was to heavy to put up without taking up floors and putting a metal beam to support it. I had to pay £79 to return it by dhl . Comet had the light laying around a warehouse for 38 days before eventual getting back to after a few e.mail asking when I get a refund to say it was damaged and I wasn’t getting a refund . I stated factors they should consider 1.how the box arrived in2 pieces with little tape which wasn’t adequate to send it in first place , how it was only lifted out by electrician and I was told it was to heavy for ceiling ,2. all the other wee boxes at the bottom weren’t open because there was no point .3 it was well taped up on return. 4.They should have checked when it was return by dhl there and then to prove it was damaged or shortly after Not 38 days later .
5 to have it laying around awarehouse it could have happen there . 6 It also was out of dhl 30 days to claim for damages too. So I was charged £322 for light and £79 to return it . 7 i asked for photos evidence of the damage light Which I was told was un saleable and never got photos of the damaged chandelier , they won’t answer my e.mails since . I think they just didn’t want to refund me and kept my money. And there going to sell the light again to make double the sale. 8 I sent several photos evidence of how the boxes arrived pieced together in the middle with little tape and damaged , how the wee boxes weren’t opened at the bottom .
