I appreciated the effort made in an attempt to deal with a difficult logo that didn’t lend itself to embroidery.

I've been a customer of COMDA for over 10 years, and they have never let me down. Their customer service is second to none, and the quality of their products is always excellent. My latest order was on a very tight timeline, and while they couldn't guarantee it would be ready, they went above and beyond to make it happen. That level of dedication is rare these days. I'm incredibly grateful and will continue to be a loyal customer for years to come.

This is the 3rd time we have ordered the bamboo cutting boards with our logo on them. Everytime they have turned out amazing - our clients love them.

I have used comda in my business advertising for 25-30 years always with excellent company service and quality products

Customer service was very good. One product not so great on the wrist keychain the PLASTIC PIECES MOVE ALL OVER THE BAND AND DONT STAY ON THE METAL FASTENER.

Overall customer service was lacking, and it took near 3 months to place an order and communicate. No one answers the phone, no one answers emails, and no one follows instructions. Overall, poor quality there. We have not yet received our product, so for now, it stays a three assuming they are complete and sent to us and in good shape. We will see...

Do not buy calendars from this company. I have been a customer for over 10 years. Recently when presented with my bill I questioned the “fuel charge” after I was told they offer “ free shipping”. They would not answer my question directly so I pushed. This is the response I got from the president of the company Michael Warren.

So to answer my question the fuel surcharge goes to fed ex and is not retained by your company

Go ahead with the order but in the future please don't pass additional charges on to me under names that do not reflect the truth.

Sir, with all due respect, we neither need nor want your business. As a customer, I have no time nor interest in dealing with your petty concerns. We replied with the absolute truth. We provide the best calendar product in the market at a price that is utterly unbeatable. Period. How we arrive at that price should be of no consequence to you.
Please go purchase calendars somewhere else... and ask them why they charge so much compared to us

Thanks for your reply Michael, I can tell I struck a nerve.
You make one wrong assumption, that price is more important than honesty and integrity. I think we both know this is not about the extra 100 dollars "fuel Charge" Its about expecting an honest answer to an honest question from a supplier. Last time I checked that was not petty but required. Think about that next time one of your ink or paper suppliers sends you a bill with something you don't understand and you ask then to explain. Going up a cent or two per calendar and taking the fuel charge off would have been much easier for me swallow and I am sure i am not alone. Best of luck.
